Its a scam. Cheap Chinese crap in slick marketing and branding disguise.

Trustpilot is full with bought reviews by Bionny. Go to Reddit and read the truth. No happy customer to be found.

Device did not function. Poor return policy that says box can not be opend. This Goes against European consumer law!!!

I bought a "supposed" Bionny 4.0 bracelet on August 31, 2026 and until September 14, 2025 I received nothing. I paid another 3.50€ for the insurance and I didn't even receive the money or the bracelet. Only apologies from such an "Angela" and that they will send and LIES AND LIES. I will file a complaint on TV and consumer protection authorities in the US and Europe. I spent more than €100 to be scammed. Now they say it comes from China. Swindlers.

Not recived mine yet but I've heard great things about it and can't wait for mine to come...

I had a great shopping experience with Bionny. The ordering process was easy, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Everything went smoothly so far, and I would happily shop with them again!

The product never arrived. Fake tracking number

Bionny works very well (be sure to remove the invisible film covering the sensor); it is very lightweight, and you hardly notice you're wearing it.

Both the fabric and rubber straps are very comfortable and fit all wrist sizes.

Don't worry if the wait for delivery takes longer than expected; I contacted customer support for information, and they kindly kept me updated.

Highly recommended for both athletes and everyday users.

The product is well marketed. Benchmarking with other it offers a comprehensive solution with a smart price point. Can't wait to receive it! :)

Smooth accurate cool

Briony, who was Jamie’s child psychologist, really tried to get information out of him, but it was clearly not easy for her.
The thing that put my score at 3 was when she literally asked Jamie if he had tried different sexual or intimate things. I don’t really believe that was the right way to get information from him.
I probably wouldn’t have given it a 3 if she hadn’t done some good things too, like bringing him hot chocolate or giving him half of her sandwich.
I would recommend Briony to someone who needs a child psychologist, but I would probably warn them that she can sometimes cross the line.

Very pleased with the Bionny 4.0 so far. It was very easy to set up, comfortable to wear and the app is intuitive, comprehensive and easy to use. The sleep tracking worked very well from the first night, with results very close to my Apple Watch. Delivery took a little over two weeks and the tracking information was not always accurate, and I have not yet been able to find the advertised on-demand ECG function in the app or manual. Overall, however, I am very satisfied with the product.

The purchasing process is very intuitive, and the website provides all the relevant information. However, there is no option to view all available wristband types and colours - would be helpful.

It was quick delivery and payment process, then delivery time , expecting, receiving and then connecting and getting to know; everything smoothly done and with nicely working app and comfy band at the end. Recommend! Thanks, Bionny ❤️
