I found Big Moto whilst considering selling my scooter. I completed the on line form and received a valuation very quickly. There was a button to click when I wanted it collecting. It was all very quick but I was also sceptical as there was no way to contact other than the buttons to choose a collection date.
I was apprehensive about selling anyway so waited a week and then decided to click reply on the email even though it says no reply.
I wish I had done this sooner. I was instantly put at ease. I felt safe selling to them and knew they would take care of my bike. After that the deal was almost instant. I accepted the offer and the inspector came at 8:30 the next morning.
He gave a thorough check of the bike. Was very knowledgeable and professional.
Once he was happy he called the store to say all was ok with the bike and then waited until the money was transferred into my account before taking it off the drive. This was the most reassuring part if it all. I’m so so happy I chose to complete the form and would urge you to do the same if you are worried. These guys know their stuff and are kind and sensitive to a soppy sausage like me who was sad to see my beloved bike go.

A Great experience, I Inputted my bike details, got a fair offer, a truck turned up 2 days later and the rep spent 30 mins scrutinising the bike and then the money was in the bank - no quibble!!

Excellent service from start to finish. I was not happy with the initial price they offered, but after communicating we agreed on a price suitable to the both of us. Obviously the price aas not as good as a private sale, but it was completed within a couple of days and I didnt have to wait around and put up with tyre kickers.
Collection of my bike was the day after we agreed on the orice and the money was paid into my bank before my bike had even left my drive.
Overall highly satisfied with the whole experience and woud definitely recommend to others

Honestly and truthfully I sincerely and with hand on Heart have to sing the praises in regards to Martina Furness of BigMoto for going absolutely above and beyond in every way possible and imaginable, The telephone conversations, The pleasant and extremely polite nature and the genuine helpfulness! This young Lady is a true Angel and bless your heart for everything and then some! I cannot tell you how amazing she is, To say that she is a star is a true understatement on just how helpful and commited she was to assisting me with my situation...!!!

What a truly fantastic experience all round and I am so extremely happy, THANKYOU from the bottom of my Heart Martina and BigMoto have really blown me away who have gone above and beyond.

Fantastic from start to finish.
Called yesterday spoke to Martina. Less than 24 h later we have a rare coloured bike bought, paid for, registered, tracker fitted and delivery sorted! That is what you call service! Shout out to Tom and Michael also.
