We were excited about this bus tour. The website mentioned they’d drop us off to go venture an area but they didn’t provide that service. I was highly disappointed! They should renew their website! Wh... See more

Great tour
Great tour. For us, it was on our last night in town so we had seen a lot of the southern strip. Freemont Street was an experience. We were only give an hour. Could have had two.
Over all we had a great time.
Tour fun, be prepared for long-winded tour guide
Seeing the tour at night was fun. Listening to a grating tour guide make off color jokes and encourage us to drop his name at local businesses was antogonizing enough to incentivize our group to pay for a ride back instead of listen to him any longer.

This is s FABULOUS bus tour, I had a great time. They show you the Vegas strip with the new hotels as well as information about the hotels along with showing you the old Vegas where it all began and the history. I had a wonderful time.
Great service
Easy to use service.
Friendly welcoming staff.
Enjoyed it.

My two daughters and I enjoyed Suzy's excellent commentary. I think you go to good locations and I like the two route system w/ a hub.
However, only 4/5 stars because we jumped on at the Excalibur (Monday, 4/9) and expected the first bus to get us at 10:20. It never came and we didn't ride until almost 11am. Boooo.
Tour guides were fun
Tour guides were fun! Learned a lot! It would be great to have a few more bus stops! Overall great experience!
2 day tours and 1 night tour...FANTASTIC
We took 2 day tours and 1 night tour. They were great!
Tour guides were very informative!! Would recommend to anyone!!
We downloaded the App as suggested by…
We downloaded the App as suggested by the website, then used the app to find a bust stop and waited there for 40 minutes - no buses. We eventually realised the buses were no longer stopping at the stop on the App and walked to the next nearest bust stop.
When we mentioned this to the staff at the next stop, they mentioned "Oh yes we don't use that stop anymore as there was an issue" no apology an no mention they would do anything about rectifying this for other clients.
Actual tour was good, but waited (with lots of other people) about 40 mins for blue bus to turn up at the route swap over bus stop, tour operator said Blue bus will be here in 10 mins when we arrived but it was a much, much longer wait as bus was delayed.
Tour guides were good to fair, but the experience was spoiled by delays and waiting at bus stops no longer in use because of an out of date App..
Awesome day on the Big Bus Tour
Awesome day on the Big Bus Tour
We have been to Vegas many times and always talked about doing this but finally did. Definitely worth the money. Spend a great 3-4 hours in the sun learning some of the crazy stories about Las Vegas. Ken and others as the names escape us now, were entertaining in talking about Vegas and life. Excellent driving, clean and comfortable bus, and fabulous banter. Recommend to newcomers and old timers.
Outstanding tour
Outstanding tour! Highly recommend to get a good overview of the city of Las Vegas, including older parts of the city.
Being on top of the bus was a real experience …
Being on top of the bus was a real attraction for me. You are really close to all Vegas has to offer. I would definitely do this every time I visit.
Had a great time.
Fact and Fiction
My wife and I purchased the Las Vegas Deluxe tickets. The Downtown tour had a great guide (Mike). He gets 5 stars! I had called Big Bus because my App that I downloaded was not working correctly or showing the bug locations. I was told that the App was "Kind of a work in progress, more than a working App". (Yes, that is an exact quote). I had to call big bus again because We had taken Uber to Gold and Silver Pawn and was going to catch the bus back to the hotel. They did not pick up at the location shown on the map. As the bus drove by, we waved and yelled. The guide say us, but the bus kept going. After asking a local where they picked up, we caught the next bus. There was no sign where they picked us up. The signs don't mean that much either as the pick up times don't match the brochures, and neither matches reality. If it weren't for Mike, they would have received ZERO stars. We sat next to the strip tour guide. When he wasn't taking to the group, he was complaining about the passengers or his job. The night tour was OK, but several of his facts, were actually wrong. So, they really aren't facts so much as fiction. Kind of like thee App that isn't an app.
Bus route was fine
Bus route was fine. Staff was not, it was like you found drunk guys in a bar that day and had them do the tour. Bought a 3 day pass, but so turned off, the first ride , we did not use the other days.
Had a great time
Had a great time, looking forward to doing it again, a great way to get around Vegas!
