Incredibly cheap, increadibly great service and incredibly great people. The support has been immensely helpful and friendly, the service is cheap for what you get and everything is on a proffessional level.

the support is immaculate, if you have any issues they will go to hell and back with you to get it sorted, I would definitely recommend their services.

I had a complicated issue and Mike W from tech support was patient, thorough and guided me through to a possible solution. I have yet to resolve the issue completely but his assistance has definitely got me closer to a solution with the promise of more assistance should I need it. He did this while suffering with a stinking cold too, much appreciated.

I've been with Smart Hosting for a while since migrating from a troublesome host, and I've been nothing but impressed. They're quick to reply to the queries I've had, the functionality of the customer area of their website is brilliant and easy to use, and I've not once noticed a drop or slow down in my connection to the bits I have hosted with them. Take it from someone that's spent a long time looking for a decent host for a good price - these are exactly that. You won't be disappointed.

This is a much needed review update.

I have been with Smart as a reseller of both shared and VPS hosting for some 4+ years. In that time I have gone from YEAH the best hosting company in the UK, to W#F has happend to my service. In the last year and a half (at least), and since the company partnered with Krystal I have found the company to have re-evaluated much of what they offer, including level of service, support, solutions and customer focus.

Its very clear that in the recent year that Smart Hosting have gone above and beyond to correct their mistakes and provide a solid platform from which I operate my business.

With consistant support service, that is quick and efficient. Hardware upgrades like all the time. And improved customer service. Smart in the past and their COO who has also been in touch personally to say please just hang in there with us, we will get this right especially for our clients that have been through the thick and thin of it, they pulled it out of the bag.

If you read reviews some very long time ago, you would have clearly stayed away as a new customer. But let me put it this way, their are hundreds of thousands of hosting companies out their, so why choose Smart? Because thay turned everything around and proved their worth, take It from me, there are not many companies that actually give a S#*t, but Smart does and always will.

Yes they had some troublesome times, but we are all human. And sometimes it just takes that little bit of faith and belief to stick it out, I did and so did Smart.

So was it Smart to stay? Probably the smartest decision I ever made.

I was speaking to Dom, on your chatline - for ages. I'm a technophobe (THAT generation) and he was amazingly patient and kind with me. He tried everything he could to help me, and finally, we managed to get my emails up and running.

For managing domain names I can't fault them. If you have multiple domain names you want to purchase and manage I would recommend Smart Hosting both on service and on price.

Putting my websites with these guys was the best decision I made. Rock solid hosting, loads of features and fantastic support at a great price. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely no reservations. It feels like dealing with a very small company but with expert staff. Support emails are prompt, solve the problem and are friendly. I recommend Smart Hosting all the time.
