Allowed me to order an item online and pay for it. Sent me a confirmation email then the following day had an email to say the item wasn’t in stock.
When I called them, rather than just issuing the refund and apologising I had to get into a debate on the phone. I received no email whatsoever regarding the refund and it appeared on my card a few days later.
Just a shabby online electrical broker moonlighting as a ‘wholesalers’. Avoid.
I placed an order on 5th April and paid via PayPal, which included £6.99 for a mandatory charge for Next Day Delivery.
I never got an order confirmation (only a receipt from PayPal) so queried it the next day). I got a prompt reply indicting that it was being looked into though that was a week ago and I’ve not heard anything since. I even phoned this morning and was told that someone would call me back shortly though this has not happened.
Not impressed as I needed this item by yesterday at the very latest.
I have had to open a dispensary via PayPal as I’m now worried that the item will not be fulfilled and I’ll be out of pocket.

Fantastic service from Best4electrics.
My order didn’t arrive when expected and, when I called to query this, Best4electrics took ownership of the problem (even though the issue was with the delivery company) and immediately did all they could to ensure our order arrived in time for the electrician to complete the planned works.
When the courier let me (and them) down by not delivering next day - they sent a second shipment expedited to race the 1st to make sure I was not left with an electrician twiddling his fingers.
So unusual to see this level of service. Will not go anywhere else now. Companies like this need to be recognised.
