Joshua was extremely insightful and went above and beyond to explain the intricacies of advertising on Google for the medical spa industry. I have spoken to multiple ads managers but after a 5-minute call with Josh, I felt more comfortable than I did with 90% of other ad managers.

Berk Labs may be the best in the business. We needed marketing support and more importantly a marketing infrastructure build out within the complicated network of Google. The in depth reviews and analyzation of web sites, key words, photos, videos provided the best results when all aspects where properly linked and optimized. Josh, is a Google Master and highly educated, he understands the complicated marketing world and how to maximize the ROI.

Berk Labs have done a great job so far in setting up our first phase of Google Ad Campaigns. The process was extremely thorough and completed in a timely, professional matter. Our business is very niche specific – Joshua and his team did a great job matching the tone and voice of the brand. They were also able to accommodate some late changes into the build that we wanted to make.

Joshua and his team are truly the experts when it comes to AdWords. I reviewed many profiles when I was trying to select someone to set up and manage our Google AdWords and came across Joshua’s profile. His price was significantly higher than most of the accounts I was considering but I decided to schedule a brief consult to understand his price structure.

Within 5 minutes of our call, I completely understood his price point. Joshua knows his stuff. He understands his skillset and created a custom package that addressed what my business needed. I felt so comfortable bringing him on that I hired him within an hour of our first call.

I asked him to do the CRO audit which I HIGHLY recommend. His team has dissected our website so thoroughly and made incredibly useful recommendations. These suggestions do not require a full redesign and are relatively simple to implement (i.e. remove a banner from the bottom of the page because it blocked wording when viewing the site on mobile). They even went as far as reviewing our website for desktop and mobile. The recommendations were based on the traffic sources and conversion rates from the various pages and devices so they were data driven vs. being subjective. We are still in the process of implementing their recommendations but I can already see how these changes are going to have a dramatic impact on our conversion rate.

Joshua’s team also set up our Google AdWords. We had never set this up previously and it was important for our business to ensure this was done correctly. We had a lot of issues on our end getting the set up done properly but Joshua patiently explained how to resolve the problems and deal with Google’s support team.

His team did a THOROUGH keyword analysis. I wish I could bold and underline here because the analysis was the most extensive keyword analysis I have ever seen.

The copy his team wrote for the ads was brilliant that I’m actually repurposing some of it for our other social channels.

Joshua is also collaborative. All the work his team was doing on identifying keywords, negative keywords, copy, etc. was run by my team so we could ensure the wording was on brand and accurate. He was very patient in explaining how everything was going to be set up and even offered to train members of my internal team so they could take over the responsibility in the future.

Due to the type of business we have, we were heavily hit by policy issues on Google’s side. Joshua and his team have been diligently challenging the restrictions Google is putting on our ads and really handling that entire process for us.

We haven’t turned on AdWords yet but I’m very positive that we’ll start seeing results soon. The quality of work Joshua and his team do is unmatched.

Joshua is incredibly communicative and he met all deadlines early. He walked me through how to set up the various platforms appropriately and provided QUALITY work FAST (very difficult combination to deliver on). He has gone above and beyond our contract to set us up for success going forward.

I cannot recommend Joshua enough. If the high price tag is making you nervous, keep in mind that you typically get what you pay for. Joshua will not disappoint!

Had a great experience working with BERK Labs to implement a variety of new PPC campaigns. We had a bit of experience running our own PPC, and Joshua's team helped us scale that up to a significantly larger footprint. Joshua knows Google Ads like no one I've ever seen. I've spent plenty of time on my own setting things up, I've hired other companies to set things up, we've been using Google Ads for years, but Joshua came in on another level. We're still in the first month since the launch of the new campaign, so I don't have much data yet to speak to the results, but I can say with confidence that Joshua built a platform superior to anything we've ever had. I've been working with so-called "Adword Experts" for several years with marginal returns until I stumbled upon Berk Labs. I've been working with Josh for about 9 months. The first couple of months took some tweaking with the Google algorithms to understand the data we were presenting. Josh made me aware things would be slow out the gate.
