Only half of my order arrived via Seur and the other half got dropped in Gerona an hour away. Now I have to drive two hours to pick it up?!?!? That is very bad o line service.

Sorry, kid. No bike for your birthday.
Delivery time stated as 2-4 working days.
Ordered a balance bike for a child’s second birthday. Didn’t arrive in 2-4 days, didn’t arrive for the birthday, still hasn’t arrived 2 weeks later. I emailed them a week ago and they were ‘looking into it’, I haven’t had an update since then.
Had to buy another bike so she didn’t wake up without one on her birthday morning.

Would t use this company
Ordered a balance bike for my grandsons birthday. Said 3-5 days delivery and am still waiting 11 days later and told to be patient. Now told DPD has lost it, asked to cancel the order as I can get one from a more reliable source and they deliberately sent another out without my wishes, no apology, and no discount for the inconvenience caused Will get my bank to do a charge back to get a refund
In regards to your comment below you DID NOT resolve anything , your customer service is zero and the bike is now stuck somewhere and you and DPD can sort it out yourselves 👎🏻
