I was surprised at how small the jar…
I was surprised at how small the jar was on arrival as online the 30ml jar looks like my 120ml jar so I was disappointed even though it did state 30ml!
The cream is a great product though but it’s become very expensive.

They DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! So if you have an issue there’s nobody to resolve it and there’s nobody to contact so if it arrives late or damaged or doesn’t arrive there’s no way to get your money or product!!!!!!!!!!
So don’t risk it it’s not worth it!
No wonder they are closing down its shambles.

And it arrived damaged and scratched and searched with fingertips and there’s no contact number to contact customer service to get a resolution only an email which I send 5 emails and had no response! From what I can see here Many other people had the same experience and their excuse / reply to the issue is “they went to spam / junk mail” which is an EXCUSE! As a business you should be checking spam! As well as I don’t believe that many emails go to spam, unprofessional and waste of time and money.
And I don’t believe they refunded and rectified anything like they are claiming from previous reviews replies
