My experience with Beatbot Australia has been extremely disappointing.
When I placed my order for the Sora 10, the website clearly showed it as available to purchase now, not as a pre-order item. At the same time, the Sora 30 and Sora 70 were explicitly marked as pre-orders with a later availability date. Based on this, I reasonably expected the Sora 10 to be in stock and shipped promptly.
After waiting for more than two weeks with no updates, I finally received an email advising that the shipment would only be available at the end of the month, meaning I may not receive my order until next month. This is completely inconsistent with the information that was provided when I made the purchase.
If the product was not actually available, the website should have stated that clearly. Customers should not have to wait weeks before being informed of significant delays. Accurate stock information is essential for making informed purchasing decisions.
I hope Beatbot Australia improves its transparency and communication so other customers do not have the same experience.

I have the iSkim Ultra and the Aquasense from Beatbot both of which are excellent products at keeping my pool clean with minimal effort from me.
This is an amazing company that provides timely assistance and assurance in customer satisfaction and support.

Bought a Beatbot pool robot aquasense 2 robot. At first I had some issues but I think it was because I had just opened the pool and it overwhelmed the robot a bit. I had a lot of questions and their customer service was excellent and answered everything efficiently. After a little trouble shooting robot has been working great. Does a great job cleaning pool, charges well, and comes to service after cleaning each time as advertised. Would highly recommend.

Customer services are exceptional! Quick to respond and resolve issues

Unit works fine till you need support. Have been without my pool cleaner for 2 weeks due to the fact BeatBot doesn’t seem to want to communicate more than once per day.

App is saying it can’t detect the basket, lights no longer function but app says it’s charging. Units is 1.5yrs old but BeatBot wants me to disassemble the unit to check obstructions. Some of the worst service I’ve seen for such an expensive tool.

If looking at this product I’d start looking elsewhere.

What a wonderful company. I am here to tell all that I have never had better customer service with any company the way I have had with Beatbot. I had a few small issues with my unit and Juan with their C.S. department tried to walk me through a couple of fixes and when that did not work, he shipped me a brand-new upgraded unit. WOW was all I could say. I got my new unit within a week, and my pool is now spotless again. Great pool cleaner and even better C.S this company knocks it out of the park.

I ordered a Beatbot Sora 70 and wanted to share my experience with their customer care team, especially Lora.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color, and when I contacted customer service to make a change, I was met with professionalism, courtesy, and quick service. The process was handled smoothly and efficiently.

Beatbot also offers a 30-day price-lock guarantee. During that period, the price of my Sora 70 dropped by $50. When I reached out to customer service, they once again responded professionally and promptly refunded me the difference without any hassle.

As for the robot itself, I highly recommend the Beatbot Sora 70. It does an excellent job cleaning the pool floor, walls, and waterline, and it even skims debris from the surface. Combined with the outstanding customer service, this purchase has been a great experience from start to finish.

If you're considering a robotic pool cleaner, Beatbot is a no-brainer.

I have sent multiple email, contacted them via their website, even called and they still haven’t send the info to return the robot that I don’t need. The 30 day return policy is not true

We love our Beatbot! It has done such a wonderful job in transforming our pool back to a wonderfully clean little swimming oasis. I love the ease of use and the sophistication of the machines capabilities. I also love how easy it is to clean out its container. Three year warranty is great to have, and we anticipate having this Beatbot for many many more years beyond it’s warranty. Highly recommend!

The Beatbot Aquasense 2 is the very best cordless pool vacuum.
Its performance is excellent. Even way better than I was expecting. There are no spots where i have to touch up.

It's so easy to use, clean, charge etc.
The savings in chemicals and my time is invaluable!

Meh. Kinda hard to use and not great at getting online and connected with the app. The skimmer is great wish I didn’t buy this also

This robot vacuum is revolutionary!! We had corded ones before and always hear people saying the cordless is not reliable. Well THEY WERE WRONG! Beatbot Sora 70 is not only reliable, it cleans MUCH better than the high end corded model I had (dolphin nautilus cc plus). I was little skeptical about the suction power, charge time, running time and also how it skims - OMG everything is 10/10!!!

We like to run the vacuum every other day so the corded model was such a hassle and we had to run it twice before the pool looked clean, AND we had to skim the pool ourselves. Beatbot Sora 70 does it ALL!! in 3-4 hours whole pool is spotless and skims so well. My partner and I didn't even had to skim ever since we bought this beauty!

To TOP it all, their customer support is top of the line. Man, they know what they are doing. Once I called in because the Beatbot was in draining mode and won't stop and the support agent knew immediately what I did wrong and waited with me for 5 min until robot resumed again. They are all an expert and so patient with me. So even if you are not so tech savvy like me, you have Beatbot support to help you out!

I recommended Sora70 to all of our friends and I hope more people know about it. ANY well functioning vacuum cost 1200+ dollars and skimmers are 500-600 dollars. Sora Beatbot is all in one robot for the price of less! It made perfect sense for us and boy we are happy.

I'm pretty impressed with my Beatbot pool robot. It does an excellent job cleaning the entire pool, including the floor, walls, and waterline, leaving everything looking spotless. The robot is easy to set up, operates efficiently, and saves me a significant amount of time compared to manual cleaning. It picks up dirt, leaves, and fine debris with ease.

Customer service is also great, quick and helpful.

The build quality feels solid, and the battery life is more than enough to handle a full cleaning cycle. The charging dock is awesome.

Overall, the Beatbot has made pool maintenance much simpler and is well worth the investment for anyone looking for a reliable, high-performance pool cleaner.

Wow what a delight, I havent even received my bundled Sora 30 & iSkim Ultra and I am already impressed

I have had several interaction with them over the US memorial day weekend regarding my purchase and they have been immediate to respond. They have guided me thru to correct the error I have made and their follow up was quick and very impressive. Luffy and Hayat are great at providing exceptional customer experience. I will follow up on a product review once I receive and have used them for a few weeks, but first impressions... WOW!

Love my Sora 70! The app is an added bonus. I sit and relax while he does all the work. My pool is crystal clear and I get to enjoy my summer. Also, customer service at Beatbot is amazing.

My Aquasense stopped working after a couple years and the Beatbot customer service rep, Willa, was amazingly helpful. She sent me a video with instructions for opening it and making sure nothing was jammed. After an exchange of calls and emails, they sent me a return label and I shipped it back to them. I got a brand new A100 on my doorstep the next day. Truly exceptional customer service!

I purchased the A100 from our local pool store last summer. I have been so pleased with this product. It didn't come with an ultra-fine filter basket but customer service said I could purchase one. That would be my only disappointment. It does a good job cleaning and it's easy to clean its basket. I love that there isn't a cord!
