Yes, as we discussed at the time, there was a delay in approval for your purchase from Paypal and I think this is why you did not think your order had been placed correctly and ordered again. This was an issue with Paypal and not something we control. As you mentioned, once you contacted us to say a mistake had been make we immediately cancelled both orders and issued a refund. As you now know we are in fact a U.K company with a very good reputation. I hope you try us in the future! Team B.B

I was desperate to get the bearings…
I was desperate to get the bearings quickly so found them in Australia in the Sydney store which said they had them in stock, I then received tracking information and found they are in the UK.

We do not have a Sydney store and do not mention having a Sydney or any Australian address anywhere on our website. On our contact us page, we clearly give our U.K address. We also give an approximate delivery time at the checkout when you select the shipping. If you check our other Aussie reviews, nearly all of our Australian customers are very happy with our products and service.
