Paid for a mower, after 4 weeks still hasn't shipped and can't get any response from them.

I ordered a cub CADET zero turn mower got an email confirming the order when I tried to reply the email did not exist and when I try to track the order says I never ordered it I think this is a scam I am reporting it to my credit card company contacted customer support still never heard anything

This company is a scam! I bought a log splitter, payed them the money and never received it ! The phone number listed will never be answered. They will not reply to emails, and another business is at the address listed. When I purchased I was in a text chat which turned out to be A.I. generated. The reviews listed here are phony therefore as far as I am concerned Trustpilot is a joke!

Beanbagpro seems not to be a trusted company. No follow up with order information. Will report this to BBB and my bank so I can get my money back.. Not sure how the others gave such good ratings when I can not get any information from them. If they are legit the cheap prices are not worth the uncertainy of this company. I plan on pursuing ways to make people aware of this scam.

It’s a fake website where you will get scammed. The address is a real address but you look it up and call it’s a completely different company the guy even said he never heard of beanbagpro haha. Don’t waste your time

I placed an order for a lawnmower on May 18th, 2025. Had some concerns about the order, so I tried the chat, I tried the phone number, and I tried the email given. No response. They did take $1,150 from my account, but I have no idea whether I'll ever receive the mower. If I do receive it, I will change this rating. Until then stear clear.
