We chose to replace our worn out Outback barbecue with the same make as it had served us well for believe it or not 20 years. We received our Jupiter 6 from BBQOutlet exactly as described, sold at a competitive price and delivered in a timely fashion, with regular updates as to it’s progress.
I would have to highly recommend both the manufacturer and the seller, and would definitely repeat the purchase - hopefully in another 20 years time.

Great product and good customer service
Ended up with great customer service and my BBQ was delivered in perfect condition with nothing missing. I had a couple of badly worded emails from nowgroupuk after the order, which was alarming at first, but got in touch with the support team via email and they were able to confirm delivery details and arrange with the courier to deliver on a different day for me, very helpful!
