Absolutely great service, Good quality aussie made items. I did have a small issue with a part. However once I emailed support, Sarah fixed it without any hassles whatsoever. Unlike some of the places out there that will ghost you for weeks on end, Had a resolution within 24 hours (8pm on a weekend as well tops the cake). Part arrived next day and worked flawlessly. Absolutely worth your money. Highly Recommend.

Amazing Product, Outstanding Service, Fast Shipping to USA
The B&B KTM 890 Adventure R bash plate is fantastic. After purchasing my 890, I initially installed the AXP skid plate. Unfortunately, I hit a patch of ice and went down pretty hard — the AXP flexed and ended up doing more harm than good, destroying my fuel tank.
After replacing the tank, I switched to the B&B bash plate and I couldn’t be happier. The B&B offers excellent protection, is built extremely well, and inspires confidence. I highly recommend it.
The customer service is just as impressive. I reached out with a question about shipping to the USA and received a response incredibly fast (less than an hour). After placing my order, they invoiced the fees and shipped it out immediately. I had it in hand within a week — and it arrived in time for a pre-planned ride.
When a great product and outstanding service come together, it’s a pleasure to do business. I recommend both the bash plate and the company without reservation.
