This group is an insult to those who work honestly online. I asked for help via email, and after 10 days, they still had not replied. I found a €14.95 charge on my account without knowing why, for a supposed subscription made without my consent. I have now sent the order back and requested a refund for both amounts. If they do not respond, I will update my feedback again. Stay away from these scammers, shame on them!!

Scam, scam, scam. Look out for the additional monthly subscription they apply every month. Make sure you cancel this in your account. Still waiting for my perfume to come, I suspect that won’t be happening. RUN

Absolute scam. Automatic subscription not mentioned everywhere, or probably hidden with super small letters on some corner. None of the pages for customer support work, it shows 404 error, probably intentionally. These people are scum and thieves. They literally stole my money and probably to tons of other people. I will report this to the The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority so someone can step in and prevent them with these scams and possibly prevent them from working at all.

Singed me up a subscription service that I did not want.

Their billing name is something super generic like 'ecommerce Europe', really hard to figure out where this came from when you get a random charge of 14.95 some day

Scam company ,I ordered face wash from Bazta ,uk it was delivered from Denmark all good until they take another payment! They set up a repeat subscription for £9.95 per month without my permission, so avoid and check there not doing it to you too

I've not received my order for over 3 weeks and no response from support! I I think this is a fake website. Will not order from you again.

Ordered one product, before receiving it a payment of £9.95 came out for a monthly subscription I didn’t know about, trying to cancel any future payments!

Beware the small print ! When you order from the company you don’t realise that you
are actually enrolled in a membership scheme and they take money out of your account on a monthly basis

BE CAREFUL — UNEXPECTED £9.95 MEMBERSHIP CHARGE

I purchased a perfume from Bazta.com approximately two weeks ago. I paid for my order in full and believed this was a normal one-off purchase.

Today, I was shocked to discover that Bazta.com had taken another £9.95 from my bank account.

I was NOT aware that by purchasing a perfume I was also signing up for a monthly membership with recurring payments. I did not knowingly agree to a £9.95 monthly subscription.

Only after the money was taken did I discover in their Terms and Conditions that a membership is apparently automatically added to the first purchase, with a 14-day trial followed by a £9.95 monthly charge.

In my opinion, this is not a transparent way to present a recurring payment to customers. A customer buying a perfume should not have to discover later that they have been enrolled into a paid monthly membership.

I have contacted Bazta and requested:
• immediate cancellation of the membership;
• a full refund of the £9.95 charge;
• confirmation that no further payments will be taken;
• evidence of where I explicitly agreed to this recurring subscription.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I would strongly recommend checking your bank statements carefully after ordering from Bazta, especially around 14 days after your first purchase.

I will update this review depending on how Bazta handles my refund and cancellation request.

Scam company. They claim you set up a subscription if you purchase a single item. Then they sneakily charge your cc every month without notice.

Please avoid unless you want your product to arrive damaged and then have to pay the return costs yourself which cost more than the product!
Was charged a subscription fee 2 weeks later which I was unaware of. Apparently this company thinks it’s okay to automatically subscribe customers putting the onus and time on them to then cancel the subscription if not wanted. I’ve never been duped this way and think it’s an appalling way of making money from customers who didn’t real the fine print when making a quick purchase.
Customer service were unhelpful and unprofessional. Have to take the subscription fee refund up with my bank now…. Investing more time and energy into a huge mistake I made when I purchased from this website.
Awful experience

I ordered a perfume at the beginning of the month. It arrived much later than expected. But the biggest issue is the lack of transparency in their checkout process.

They mention a free 14-day trial membership, after which you will be charged £9.95 a month. However, they do not give you a separate choice to select the membership option. Instead, acceptance of the membership is combined with the Terms & Conditions during checkout. So, when you think you've simply accepted the T&Cs, you've also signed up for a recurring payment of almost £10 every month.

When I saw the amount pending and flagged it as a possible unauthorised charge right at the end of the trial period, they were quick to respond about the delay in delivery but said nothing about the payment I had specifically questioned.

Finally, after the amount had been taken from my account, they nonchalantly told me it was for the subscription I had signed up for.

I have emailed them requesting a refund. I'm not holding my breath.

Lack of transparency when it comes to my money means a permanent goodbye from me.

There is a clause in terms and conditions saying it.
You won't receive notification, they'll just start charge your account once you purchase anything thru their website.

Do not buy and if you do block further transactions as they just tried to take money from my account again

I didn't realise that when I purchased a perfume in February 2026, it automatically meant, I am signing up for a membership!! Who wants to sign up for a membership, when buying a perfume?? I have just noticed months later that every month I am charged with the membership fee. When I emailed and requested a cancellation, nothing happened. I definitely NOT recommend to shop there.

Placed 2 small orders with them and they made major mistakes with both! First order they sent 3 less units of an item and second time 4 less! The first time they claimed they would send replacements and sent a fake tracking number and second time when I complained they had the audacity to say to "watch my tone!". These guys are crooks of the highest order!

Ordered something over 6 weeks ago, never arrived. Also, in the small print, once you make an order you are automatically subscribed to a membership fee of £9.95 each month. Will never use again.
