We'e used this company for years but the quality of the cleaning has always been very poor. After the cleaning, the surfaces still have dust and there are dirty spots on the floor. The cleaning is very superficial any dirty spot that is slightly more challenging remains uncleaned. I have also witnessed many cleaners staying shorter time that we have booked...honestly, the only reason we are keeping this company is because of the flexibility (if one person is not available, they send someone else). But we are currently checking other companies.

Extremely disappointing experience. After returning from holiday, I discovered that my vacuum cleaner had been completely destroyed by a Badmaid agent. No incident was reported, and despite multiple emails and even a registered final notice, I have received no reply for over 4 weeks. I am now left with no choice but to escalate this matter legally. This shows not only a lack of professionalism but also a serious absence of accountability and customer care.

They cancelled my booking last min on the same day. They gave me 2 hours notice and said that they would be in touch. I haven’t heard anything from them but rather had to call twice to get any information. So far I have not been able to rebook

Consistency of cleaner is great, communication with him is spot on to my expectations and the clean is awesome. Saving me a lot of time!!

We tried four different Batmaid and no one had really cleaning experience. It would be good to check the experience of the employee before hiring them.

SCAM! First attempt using this service. Nobody showed up for the scheduled cleaning and support is non-existent (sent a few messages but no response, and calling the phone number doesn't work, there's just a recording telling you to send messages). Will remove the app and try to find an alternative provider.

Four years of Batmaid and really grateful for the constant good service.

At best average cleaning; while horrendous customer service.
They cancel more or less every cleaning but if you cancel they charge and when the cleaning is below par they offer a discount on the next cleaning. Awful customer service - it’s all about them; when they cancel it’s all ok and ”poor them” while if you try to cancel 4 weeks out it’s not possible

The company cancelled a pre Christmas cleaning just a few days before the holiday week and did not provide an alternative. Their customer service just disappeared and nothing further was proposed. Be careful, because if you as a customer cancel in the same way, you have to pay. They of course offer nothing.

Deeqa was very friendly and engaged. Unfortunately, she came too late because of traffic issues, so she could not complete her work.

The Maid arrived on time, super nice and professional. I recommand!

Apartment was cleaned only superficially. Not satisfied especially given the price charged. The cleaning person was slow and clearly not motivated or experienced. I had to tell her repeatedly what to do, for example to went clean the floors.

Booked my first cleaning and they cancelled it. No alternative was suggested.

My cleaner is fantastic, she is professional ,respectful, and perfectly on time .

All worked out well. Good self cleaning also when I am not at home.
