SCAMMERS!!!
I was scammed by these people.
My daughter and I missed our flight to Valencia in Spain on March 16th, 2022. I called this phone number 1 855 209 2214 (phone # provided by "Michael" in a message left on my answering machine claiming my flight credit has been issued) to reschedule /cancel our flight. They told us they will cancel our flight and refund us either my airline money or travel credit. They charged me $300 to cancel both flights. I did receive a cancellation phone message and email. Yet, after calling them numerous times to reschedule our trip, I was never able to speak with an agent. A year later today, We have never received any money back or travel credit. They scammed my daughter and me for a total of $1800. None of the 2 numbers I was provided works. STAY away from THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS & THIEVES!
recommended- they get things done
We accidently used Bansal Travels (same as many other users have experienced, their phone number showed up top at the Google search when I searched for UA). We needed to reschedule a super expensive International flight next morning due to unexpected Covid situation, and Bansal helped us to resolve it at a reasonable fee when UA told us there was nothing they can do. We were very worried when seeing the reviews online but already paid at that time so only can hope for the best. It turns out working pretty well.
I called a number on the Priceline…
I called a number on the Priceline website that said call this number to get the cheapest flight. They never said who they were. I got price information for my family ticket pricing. Long story short, they sent a confirmation for me to sign for a split payment. I signed it. Then I started researching when I found out that they were a travel agent, not American Airlines. I immediately called my credit card when I read about them being a scam on several sites and reported them a scam. I could barely understand their accent. This company realized I cancelled the payment and harassed me by calling continuously the next day every minute or so. I never answered. Finally, I blocked there number. I reported them to my bank and was reissued a new card. They are scammers. Big time. Stay away from Bansal Travels.
I would give 0 or
I would give 0 or - if there is, scam people, I open for Qatar customer service number and I found this stupid people, they call me middle of night scam people.
Bansal Travels
Bansal Travels is a major name in web-based travel locales and inn booking administrations and possesses numerous famous destinations like Hotels.com and Hotwire.com. We're enthusiasts of the first, however, on account of utilizing interface perfect and direct. Raise a ruckus around town segment of the site, and you can amount to five corresponding flights, decide to add convenience for all of or just piece of your outing, and label on vehicle rentals as well.

This company has terrible costumer…
This company has terrible costumer service so far. I called delta for reservation need specific time and return. I asked several times if I was speaking to delta and response was yes.. I was paying with my delta points and questioned why price was so high as I had enough points to pay with points was told rising prices needed the flight so booked it.. took till next day to get conformation by txt so just signed and e mail back. I was charged for flight cost. 4 days later charged another charge another $100. Not authorized. Contacted credit to dispute. Called delta and found out my charge was $11.20 they charged 361.20. I canceled their flight and rebooted with delta pd. 11.20. Company has not responded to me. Hoping they do the right thing and refund the$ 361.20 it only right I was decived. New news after another week of trying to make 5his right got a call( they do have phones) I got the word from them that my money will be refunded. Hopefull that they will. Will update if I get it. Omg another call from bansel they now are saying no refund and hung up on me. Bansal travel is horrible for causing issues. They are out nothing. Me 361.20$ they should be fined and return my money
SCAAAAMMMMM!!!!!!
SCAAAAMMMMM!!!!!!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. I paid $2800 for my wife to flight to the States from Germany with agent Richard Malone and he promised us that my wife could bring our dog in cargo without any problems. when the time arrived for my wife to come back she went to United to make sure she follow the airlines for pets in cargo and they told her they are not doing that since Covid started. I reached back to them(Bansal travels) and they said that yes the dog could travel. It was a lot of back a fort with them; I requested to speak with the managers Zara, Ali (probably made up names) and they call me "liar". After they listen to the recorded call I had with Richard Malone they admitted he made a mistake in offering us the dog cargo service. They told me to call back multiple times after 48 hours, then after 5 hours and so forth and nothing was getting resolve. My wife call them from the States and they keep playing on the phone putting her on hold multiple times; one of the Bansal agents even insulted my wife. I told them I want my money back or no less of half of what I pay and they wouldn't work with me. This Is the worse company ever, NEVER MAKE BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!
Scam artists
Scam artists! I called to speak with JetBlue and this travel agency picked up. They charged $2000 on top of the $1300 flights. Plus when I found out it was a scam and asked to cancel they cancel my parents flights that I booked for them. I hope these people go to hell. Karma will get them. Low life scammers
It was a smooth experience
STAY AWAY FROM BANSAL, DISHONEST THIEVES!!
STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM BANSAL TRAVEL AGENCY!!! Don't put your money in their pockets. They are full of lies!! They are a total rip off!! I gave a one star review only because that is the lowest rating available. It should be a negative 5000 stars. First of all, when I looked online to book a flight with Allegiant Airlines, Bansal's phone number came up, not Allegiant Airlines. How dishonest is that?! The agent helping me claimed I was getting a promotional deal. He booked me with Southwest, saying it was cheaper than Allegiant. Was it really?! Then the agent called me back and said there was a problem with the transaction. It will be credited back to my bank within 7 - 10 days. He needed to have me pay the fee again. Another horrible lie!! Uh, no. I don't think so. I told him he better fix this or I would call my bank and cancel the transaction. Wow, miraculously, he was able to fix the so called issue in about 5 minutes and gave me the confirmation number for the flight. What liers!!! I had to cancel the flight anyway. When I went on Southwest website, put in the confirmation number, the amount credited was $100 less than what I paid. When I called Bansal, they said it was a required penalty fee charged by airlines. Another blasted lie!! I called Southwest. They don't charge any kind of cancelation fee. The $100 is money Bansal pocketed, a steep fee for a $117 ticket. That is NO promotional deal. Then they said the flight amount credited would cost $50 to rebook, required by the airline. Stop your lies, Bansal!!! Yeah, if it's rebooked through you. The airline does NOT charge any kind of fee to use a flight credit. Bansal's selling gimmick is lies, lies, lies!!!! Choose an honest, reliable travel agency. NOT BANSAL!!!!
SCAMMM!!!
SCAMMM!!!! They’ll send you a boarding pass and then cancel your ticket before you board!!!!!!! It’s crazy they seemed so legit call your credit card company right away and report fraud and scam !!! I’m giving all this info to my aunt who works at the fbi they won’t be doing this any longer!!!
I meant zero star, I’d advice anybody that want to book their tickets to not to, they have a huge problem with losing bags, 10days that I’m waiting for my bag and it’s still not here, very poor com to
I would have put zero star cause i
I am giving 1 star
I am giving 1 star, because I have to.
On 5/28/22, I attempted to contact Royal Air Maroc (American Airlines) to reserve a third seat to my flight, due to a injury that my wife received on vacation.
Apparently Bansal Travel has figured out how to intercept calls to some airlines (I have investigated further, and there have been instances of Bansal intercepting calls to Alaska, Delta, United, AA, British Airways, etc).
So- my call was intercepted, and I was 'sold' an additional 'ticket' that did not exist.
Once the transaction was completed (at an exorbitant price), and we arrived at the airport, we were told by Royal Air Maroc (AA) employees that no ticket, under the confirmation code that we received, actually existed.
Fortunately we had already purchased 2 seats, and were able to board, and limp home.
So, after 3 weeks of enormous hassle, letters to the BBB, and the FTC, AND contacting my credit card company of an obvious case of fraud- Bansal (after attempting to coerce me with no refund, unless I ceased any legal action) was 'willing' to refund my money to their company, but told me that to receive a refund from the airlines (a ticket for a later date, that was completely useless,
'suddenly' appeared, that I would have to arrange it on my own.
After some 3 weeks, dozens of calls, etc etc etc, I have finally received my money back- with no help (and some dubious conversations), no thanks to Bansal Travel.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I recently traveled to goa by booking…
I recently traveled to goa by booking from them. There services are amazing and appreciable.
SCAM!!!!!
Yes I just spent 20 minutes to talk to these scammers. I wanted to add a pet to my Delta reservation. When I googled Delta add a pet the phone number appeared. It was Bansal. The giveaway was they wanted to charge me extra $125 on top of Delta pet charge. They sent me an authorization email so I could pay. I said I will do it after the call. He wanted me to click authorize while still on call with him. I said no. He then texted me his direct number and said even if I cal Delta directly it will redirect to them. They threatened me into authorizing my cc. SCAM. Stay away from these guys. OMG
HUGE SCAM OPERATION
This company is not legitimate, it is a scam. They intercepted our phone call to American Airlines as my husband and I were trying to buy an extra seat if necessary so we could have a seat between us for an overseas flight to have a little room as we both have health issues.
We got a confirmation email but no seat number, flight number. Get to the airport and they have zero record of any of this. My husband is on the phone immediately about cancellation of the ticket as we were told the ‘plane was full’ but when we got on the plane it was so empty people had entire rows to themselves.
As soon as we land in New York he was back on the phone, figured out this was not American we were dealing with, they were posing as an AA agent and he immediately filed a fraud case with our credit card company and with AA. The number was for Bansal travel and the business address on our ‘confirmation email’ is an apartment complex in California. The company itself is registered in India and from the looks of it does a great deal of business scamming unsuspecting travelers that think they are speaking to the business they actually called.
This has to be a huge operation and they must be taking it in, because we have discovered six different numbers that switch to bansal.
We have filed a complaint with the BBB but our credit card is cancelled and it may take 30 days to straighten it out. $1300 that thankfully we had on a credit card and not directly out of pocket, we are not wealthy and that would have ruined us. We live month to month and went on a trip paid for mostly by a family member.
This makes me so angry and angry for the people that haven’t gotten funds back.
Double check with who you’re speaking to and the numbers dialed and be safe out there! If it feels fishy, AT ALL, it probably is!
