They were a great company to work with. I had no complaints. When I had any questions, they answered them appropriately. I had no problems getting them on the phone. After my family members death, everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

Can't get a response to any type correspondence. All we need is a Withdrawal Form so we don't miss our RMD again this year.
Calls get transferred all around (6 times on one call before I spoke to someone even willing to listen, but he couldn't help me since their Legal Dept hadn't reviewed my documents yet which took many weeks). No emails responded to at all.
SO.....I start with Texas Dept of Insurance to file a complaint and then move on to the SEC and then on to FINRA.
My financial advisor says there's no reason to be treated like this since there's lots of reputable companies out there.

I paid on a whole life policy with Banner for 17 years, and was dropped after one late payment. I sent the payment in and they still dropped me. Find a company with integrity because Banner has none.
