This is a SCAM website. They send the wrong items on purpose which are cheap fakes. I had the same problem as the other reviewer. Zero response from customer support as to why they sent the fakes.
Wrong item received, no response from support!!!!
I ordered from bangkoksextoys.com and received the wrong item.
I contacted the seller multiple times via the website chat and by email, both in English and Thai, but received no response for several days.
The item I received was not what I ordered. The inner packaging was not opened, and I simply asked for a replacement or refund, but the seller completely ignored all messages.
Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this shop unless they improve communication and after-sales support.
