I reached out to customer service because a color I ordered was a lot darker than the swatch I had. They responded quickly within the same day. It turns out they have updated some of their colors over the last few years. The rep not only explained which colors and how they changed them, she also offered to send me an updated ring.
I was replied to in a very fast time. I was nicely taken care of and smoothly was able to get my questions worked out. Than you Luci!
