I ordered a Stevie nicks garden spinner, and they sent an Elvis one. Totally ghosted me when I kept emailing them about.

If only I could give 0 stars. I ordered face cream over a month ago and it is apparently in the US but on the other side of the country and the last shipping updated was February 9. There is no way to contact customer service. This business is a scam.
I ordered two XL bathing suits but one of them was significantly smaller than the other. So clearly an error in their part. They refused to do a return or exchange and instead offered me $5. This was a fraction of the cost of the bathingsuit. Despite further discussion they refused to replace the item.
I ordered a product and never received it.
Purchased an origami kit and was asked by USPS to pay additional fees as it was flagged for “Fraud Postage”.
The "magnetic hat clips" I purchased would not even hold the most lightweight hat. It was advertised to be wrong and hold all types of hats, including akubra style. I advised Aviation if this and they offered a $5 refund as it would be to expensive to pay return shipping. Disgusting response for a product that is falsely advertised. I will never purchase from them again.
Don’t purchase from aviationp. Avoid at all costs. Fairly sure aviationp is selling the same stuff as Temu/equivalent at much higher prices and with no means to return or refund.
My situation is similar to the others described here. Wish I checked sooner.
I order a Gentlemans Linen Shirt for $35 plus shipping (total came to $49). I received a cheap looking shirt that was 95% polyester. The "customer service" first claimed I had received what I ordered. I then sent them the comfirmation email that showed a picture of the item advertised. They then apologized and offered $4 compensation. When I complained about this the offered $7 and then finally $11. They would not permit me to send it back for exchange or refund.
They are definitely an unscrupulous, possibly criminal enterprise, interested only in conning customers.
Aviationp refuses to provide an address for the return of items. The items I bought were completely different to those advertised. They have sent 6 apology emails offering a paltry sum as compensation, but will never give you the address for returns.
This is an underhanded organisation. Steer clear, is my advic
I purchased a dress that looked wonderful in the ad. I'm 55 and when the dress came, the slit was all the way up my leg and the cloth see through. Because of the slit it's not possible to wear a slip underneath. Per this sites, terms, I should have the ability to return it which they are refusing to allow me to do. They are offering a $7 discount. What good does that do me when I can't wear the dress?
The second issue which they did take care of but others should be aware of......I was charged an exorbitant amount/40% for sales tax. Tax in my state is 9% but I'm guessing that they don't even pay that.
When I contacted them they did take it off right after I ordered, but what about the people who don't know better?
Where do I begin:
Poor delivery system
Poor communication, if any!
No quality in the dress I just received, it’s going straight to the first frenchy’s or good will, Garbage.
Very disappointing.
TERRIBLE quality! I ordered a shirt that feels like tissue paper.
I’ve had several conversations via email about returning for a refund and not one of their replies makes any sense.
Obviously, this is a fraudulent company!!!
I was overcharged by Aviationp and deleted my receipt the next day. I ordered plant seeds for $26.99, shipping is 10.99, added $1.35 for shipping insurance total is $ 39.33, when I checked my bank account, Aviationp.com charged 49.16. After a day, Aviationp deleted the receipt, I'm glad I have a screen shot of my receipt. No contact number to call.
Ordered 2 shirts. Took forever to get here. The material was super thin polyester. Nothing like the description from their web site. Their quality control people said the shirts were fine. Totally disagree. Gave the shirts to goodwill. Will never order from this company again. Buyer beware!!
