Top-notch advice, quality of follow-up and responsiveness

This is my second order at Ava Love Doll (this time I write the review in English) and another good experience. I had ordered a Starpery in ultra-soft silicone and unfortunately Starpery had built it in standard silicone (and it took them 2 months to do so). But Ava checked it and made them redo a doll, which they did in one month. After that I used the new express delivery service and it went fine, I confirm that it is indeed faster than the standard delivery by train and boat. So all in all, I am again happy with my order and Ava service, and will definitely order again from them, as it is super important to know that a vendor is supportive in case there is an issue with an order.

Ordered a custom-colored doll. It was done quite quickly and the seller really supported me with the feedback between the company and me since they needed approval for the skintone.

Shipping was very long but this isn't the seller's fault. it was shipped by boat from China to Rotterdam. After she arrived at the harbor it was much quicker.

The shop holds a wide range of brands. The customer service is great, communications are fluent. Prices are really really competitive and you don't need to bother doing custom duty because the shop will take care of it. They also have an active discord community where you may have all your questions answered and find information and experiences shared by other user or by the shop.
I received my doll in perfect condition and within a delay that beats my expectation.

I was planning on buying a sex doll for quite a while and had set my eye on a very specific one. Searching for it, I came across a bunch of sex doll sites that seemed very scammy with suspiciously low prices and with zero user reviews online. They were also all located somewhere in China, or there were no infos on their locations at all. Eventually, I stumbled over Ava Love Doll. One of the few places that actually had some user reviews online, had prices that didn't look fishy and looked serious enough. It was also located in Europe, which made it convenient for me, so I decided to give it a try (still somewhat hesitently, since sex dolls are such a huge investment and can easily cost multiple thousands of Euros).

A few slight negatives out of the way first: The website could indeed use some touch ups here and there. While it doesn't look scammy like some of the other sites I came across, it does give off "hobbyist" vibes. What do I mean by that? Well, for examle, right now, when you visit the site, you will get like two or three different contact/chat widgets presented to you all at once, some of which immediately jump at you. That does make the site feel a bit overloaded and can make it difficult to find the best contact form. On the other hand, there's also parts of the website that feel a bit too simplistic in their design and make it difficult to find important information, like the order details page. I've even come across some functionality that didn't work at all, like adding payment information via your account page.

Now with these few negatives out of the way, I pretty much only have positive things to report about my experience odering at Ava Love Doll. The entire process from placing the order all the way to finally receiving my doll was incredibly painless - well, aside from maybe the wait time, haha. With how excited placing the order makes you, the wait time can be especially grueling. Overall, it took slightly above two months for my doll to arrive. However, this wasn't really on the shop at all, since long production times are to be expected when ordering silicone sex dolls, as they're all made to order in a factory in China. In addition, I guess the pandemic and other outside factors also impacted manufacturing at various steps. In any case, customer support has been extremely transparent about these long expected wait times and I knew from the very beginning what I was getting myself into.

Talking about customer support, they definitely were my highlight throughout this experience. Not only did they give very appreciated status updates all throughout the process (like when my doll was being manufactured or when it arrived in a new country during shipping), but they were also very approachable and eager to help with any questions I had (which especially in the beginning were quite many). As mentioned above, there's different ways to contact customer support, but the most convenient one for me was via Discord. Being able to use a client you're already familiar with definitely lowers the hurdle of reaching out, and it's nice to immediately get responses to your questions. Not only that, but occasionally, I even got responses past typical working hours (I'd presume from the shop owner themselves replying in their private time). All respones I got from customer support were always super helpful and made me a lot less anxious about the large amount of money I had spent.

The quality of the silicone doll itself definitely seems quite high. It perfectly matches the product pictures presented on the website. I already spent a few lovely hours with her and feel like there's many more to come. Now the doll is quite heavy, and the skeleton a bit stiff, but I think all of this is by design, and either way, I don't think Ava Love Doll directly control the quality of the dolls. They just relay orders to the manufactures in China. Basically, what you pay is what you get here. Silicone dolls are a lot more expensive than TPE dolls, but will also usually be of higher quality and detail.

I don't think there's anything else left for me to say. Basically, if you're planning to buy a new sex doll and are looking for a good seller based in Europe, I can fully recommend Ava Love Doll. I'm not sure if I'll ever need to order another one, since they take up quite a lot of space and are supposed to last quite a while, but if that's ever the case, I will probably go with Ava Love Doll once again.
