Extreme poor customer service you are…

Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Return Process – Aura Displays

I rarely write reviews, but due to exceptionally poor customer service, I feel it’s important to share my experience. I purchased the Aura 15.6 display and decided it would not meet my needs. I contacted the company via email to initiate a return, as there is no phone number listed.
I received an automated response acknowledging my request and later an email approving the return, stating I would receive a shipping label within 1–2 days. To date, I have not received the label or any further communication.
I have tried multiple times to log into my account, reset my password, and locate my order details without success. I’ve sent several follow-up emails requesting an update, but have received no response.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend considering other options before purchasing from this company.

Scammy

Ordered two monitors. I saw that they needed a driver but didn't think much of it. The driver didn't work, waited days for tech, but heard nothing. Now trying to return them. Still waiting for the shipping label and it seems the refund is significantly less than the purchase price. Stay away from Aura. Scam.

Ordered their 2.5k display. Got only Full HD one. Requested return. I was assured that return label is gonna be sent to me. Got nothing . Still waiting. This company is fraudulent.

Never buy From Aura-displays

Order #AURA6819

I purchased a Dual Boost Pro Gen 3 15.6” monitor from aura-displays.com on 7 July 2025. It arrived defective (constant screen flickering and hinges do not move into advertised positions).

I immediately sent videos showing the problem, but the company delayed responding for over two months. After many emails, they finally sent a return label at October, it was only valid for 7 days while I was outside Malaysia due to work — a situation caused entirely by their delay.

I informed them instantly and requested a new valid label but have been ignored since.

Product remains unused and in perfect condition.

I am now escalating through Shopify and OVHcloud Trust & Safety.

I hope this review helps others avoid this stressful experience.

CONSUMER WARNING - SCAM !!!

CONSUMER WARNING: BEWARE OF AURA DISPLAY – CATASTROPHIC EXPERIENCE AND NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
DO NOT BUY FROM AURA DISPLAY. This company is dishonest, and their service is appalling.

I recently purchased their portable triple screen monitor.

Order Number: AURA10587

DECEPTIVE PRODUCT QUALITY: Upon receiving the product, I found that the screen resolution was EXTREMELY poor and absolutely did not match what was advertised.

RETURN POLICY VIOLATED: In accordance with their satisfaction guarantee policy, I immediately requested a return and a refund.

RADIO SILENCE AND SCAM: I received an initial response assuring me that I would receive the shipping label for the return within 24 hours.

It has now been over 10 days, and I am still waiting. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails to all their contact addresses, I have received NO response. The company has simply ignored me after confirming the return process.

This behavior is indicative of a scam. Not only is the product poor quality, but the after-sales service is non-existent, disrespecting consumer rights.

Save your money and your hassle: do not buy anything from Aura Display.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely Disappointing Experience – No Refund, No Resolution

I purchased the Triple Boost 14" Pro (additional laptop screens) from Aura Displays on June 12, 2025, for AED 1,711.73 (approximately USD 465) after seeing several of their advertisements on Instagram and then buying directly from their website.

After receiving the product, I immediately realized it was not compatible with my Mac. I followed their return and refund policy carefully and submitted a return request on June 25, 2025.

Since then, I have repeatedly contacted their customer service, who kept assuring me that my case had been “escalated.” Despite multiple written follow-ups over several weeks, I never received the promised return shipping label. The responses have only included apologies and vague promises, with no actual progress or resolution.

As of November 12, 2025, I am still unable to return the product or receive a refund. My experience reflects a lack of accountability and poor customer service. I would strongly caution potential buyers to be very careful before purchasing from Aura Displays.

Avoid AURA DISPLAY at all costs. This company is fraudulent.

I ordered multiple items, and one was missing from the delivered parcel. After months of excuses from their customer service (first a shipping promise, then a claim it was sold out, and finally a false assertion that it was delivered), they outright refused to send the item I paid for.

Specifically, "David" from customer support was dishonest and unhelpful. Do not trust this company.

Non existent support

STAY AWAY!!!! I bought an aura display before summer, I connecsted to my MacBook but only one of the screens would work at the time. I thought it would be a problem with my laptop and I tried to solve the problem myself and bought a display link unit and expensive cables hoping that this would solve the problem but it didn’t. I wrote to them and they asked me to send them a video with my connections, which I did but they asked me to send it in a different format. I was leaving for the summer so there was no point to continue the conversation then. Once I return I sent the video in a diferent format and from then it has been a complety joke, or they tell me complete nonsense like ‘you need to buy a USB-A converter’, when I don’t have any USB-A cables or I am simply being ignored completely. Its a very expensive item no to have someone from technical suport to help. That’s assuming that such department actually exists!!!!

Slow but trustworthy

The three displays arrived but i did not get it working on my Mac book pro m1 chip. But they worked perfect on my work laptop, Good Quality images and good build quality. Becausr of my mac decited to sent it back, they are not fast and takes a couple of e-mails and weeks, but eventually got the whole amount and everything back. So the company is trustworthy but a bit slow.

I have a commission from the affiliate program cooperation with them, but they have not responded and provided support for more than 2 months. There are signs of taking advantage of affiliate marketers. You should be careful when participating in the program with them.

Do Yourself A Favor, DO NOT Buy From Aura!!!

I recieved an Aura Dual Boost 15.6 Pro Maz monitor as a Fathers Day present on June 15, 2025. It was defective as only one of the two monitors would work. I started the return/refund process on June 18, 2025 and sent to them all of the required material they requested including a video of the monitor not working. three months later, I have not even received the return mailing slip! I keep being told that the process is moving, but I am starting to feel that Aura has no intention of processing the return of this non-working monitor. Again, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a monitor.

They are scammers

They are scammers. This website and company should be shut down. I got Triple Aero 15.6” for my husband as a gift but one screen did not power on. I had requested a return on 2nd August. Its 7th August now- still no return or Refund! They are openly cheating public.

Do not purchase from this company - they will rip you off

I ordered a screen, which cost around GBP £300. It was despatched by FEDEX, but Aura Displays decided not to require a delivery signature, so when the FEDEX driver arrived at my house, the package was left close to my front door, unfortunately from where it went missing before I came home to pick it up.
After me having to chase FEDEX for information as Auda washed their hands of the matter, FEDEX advised that they had delivered as per the instructions.
I have now been more than 4 weeks chasing Aura to either providea credit or send a replacement order as the fault lies with them.
All you get is a customer services team (probably using AI) sending messages saying that are sorry and are looking into the matter and would come back with a solution which never happens.
Every couple of days I get emails from their marketing team asking me to review my purchase. I have left 2 reviews, setting out my experience, neither of which have been published on their website.
Do not buy from this company. They can't be trusted.

Nightmare

Nightmare. Bought the Aura display screen, it’s the wrong portal connection. Contacted them and revived an email saying had received and would be in touch soon. No contact, so I contacted again, again same email. I requested refund. No answer. Then they asked me to send photos of the box intact which I did. Another 2 weeks later they assured me I would receive a returns slip. It’s been almost 9 weeks. No refund email.
I contacted again, and another BS email saying it’s on its way.
This site has to be a scam.
Do not buy from here.
Frustrated that these companies can just pop up. Don’t not buy from them.
