Andy retrofitted Intelligent Park Assist (IPA) and Advanced Tyre Pressure Monitoring on my Audi Q7.
He was very professional, did an excellent job and maintained a great communication, taking the time to answer my many questions.
As I couldn't find the time to travel to his workshop, about 2 hours from my place, he also offered me collect and dropoff service.
Everything went well, prices are very reasonable and Andy is a very nice guy.
Very happy with the service and highly recommend!

I have no hesitation in recommending Audi Upgrades. The service and level of detail is top notch. Andy is really good and knows what he is doing he is also very helpful and happy to give advice on whatever you are thinking of having done. If you need any aftermarket upgrades then use Audi upgrades . You will not be disappointed

Andy retro fitted folding mirrors to my B9 S4. Excellent job and really impressed by his professionalism. Waited while he did the job on a comfortable sofa, tea and free WiFi... what's not to like.

Plan to use Andy again for other upgrades.

I found Andy at Audi Upgrades through a few forum posts on AudiSport as well as his YouTube videos that outline some retrofits he does for my vehicle model. I contacted him to see if he could get me some information about how to perform this upgrade on my car over here in the USA. To my surprise Andy offered to help me through the process, and then perform the programming himself remotely. We worked together over the course of a couple months to nail down all the details, order parts, figure out wiring, connect with install shops, etc. And finally, we were able to get everything programmed properly and working 100%. This guy really knows his stuff. Once I had completed the install of the hardware, he was able to do everything remotely using a couple cables and a couple pieces of remote software. Most shops would shy away from helping someone unless they had done every step of the install themselves. But Andy was very professional and passionate about getting my project across the finish line. I wish I lived closer so I could buy the man a beer. But if you live anywhere near the UK, you should seek out him (and his shop), and have them do work on your Audi. I really couldn't have done it without him.

After trying to find places that would be able to retrofit the extended ambient lighting to my 8Y A3, I found Audi upgrades. Looking through the reviews I felt confident Andy would to a good job and an amazing job he did. After a few visits for testing he felt confident the retrofit would be a success. Andy shared the same excitement that I did and that just shows the passion he has in his job. In the weeks that lead to the retrofit, Andy would give a very detailed cost of the retrofit making sure I was fully informed on the specific costs and never felt short changed. On the retrofit process Andy sent daily updates with videos and pictures as he progressed which other business rarely do, so you know exactly what is being done to your car. On collection day (which was 2 days ahead of schedule) the extended ambient lighting pack was all working perfectly as if fitted from factory. It looked amazing and the interior was spotless as well. If you need retrofits on your Audi, there is no other place to consider other than Audi upgrades. Even though it’s a 2 hour drive, it is well worth it as Andy does a phenomenal job and takes pride in his work. All at a reasonable price. I can’t recommend Audi Upgrades enough

I've previously used HazzyDayz for my retrofits and found them reasonable enough, but thought I'd shop around this time as I needed quite a few jobs doing on my A4 Avant. I eventually approached Audi Upgrades and I am so glad I did.

Before I start, I'm not usually one for leaving reviews. But I really feel that this business is something special.

From my very first contact with Andy I could tell just how much care he puts into providing a top class service. Car upgrades can sometimes leave you feeling uneasy with the amount of cash you are parting with, however Andy not only provided me with the most reasonable quote but was also diligent in tailoring it's accuracy, thereby ensuring there were no hidden costs or errors down the line.

To say the service is meticulous would be an understatement. I know other reviews have mentioned it already, but Andy really takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make sure you're 100% happy with everything. You simply don't get that from other garages, no matter how good they are.

To top it all off, he's also a great bloke too - super nice and genuinely passionate about what he does. Although I'm over an hour's drive away, he'll easily be getting my business again for any future upgrades.

Andy is a true professional. He treated my car as if it were his own, retrofitting a self-park assist system for my Audi A5. It was a pleasure to watch him painstakingly complete the job. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend him to everyone.

I have a problem with a new windscreen which was fitted to my 2022 Audi RSQ3. Before it was fitted, my ADAS camera system would read the overhead gantry signs on the motorway, however now it will read the street signs, but not the overhead signs. The windscreen replacement company have told me that it is not their fault and that he camera system is correctly calibrated. I contacted Andy about this problem. He was sure that the Audi system will read the overhead gantry signs and just to prove it, he took his own Audi out along the M25 and on his HUD I could clearly see the HUD display change as soon as he passed underneath. This has given me the ammunition I need to convince either the windscreen company or SAGA to sort it out. Incidentally the replacement windscreen does not bear the Audi logo.I cannot thank Andy enough for this information. I can recommend his company.

It is the best and probably the only quality Audi retrofit service in the UK. Andy professionally retrofitted memory seats on my Q7 earlier this week – very happy with the work.

I was fortunate to find out about Andy and Audi Upgrades through one of the Audi forums I follow and I’m so glad I did. Like many manufacturers, Audi has sought to cut costs and avoid production delays by removing certain features on new cars but Andy allowed me to retrofit those key items (for me) back on to my car. Responsive, methodical and always happy to answer any questions, I had no doubt about trusting Andy to do a great job and he didn’t disappoint -

Let me start with the fact that this is definitely the only place like this in UK , for several years I used several places (different services related to cars) but none have the slightest chance with Audi Upgrades, Andy is happy to answer any question you may have, he takes a lot of time to make everything explain, the quality of his work is also at a very high level, everything looks like from the factory. And most importantly, it takes care of your car which is really rare these days. I am absolutely happy to have found someone like Audi upgrades, I have used Andy's services several times and each time the service is at the same high level. This is the only place where I can safely leave my car and go for a coffee, being sure that everything will be fine. I live in South Yorkshire and Andy is based near Brighton, so we’re a good distance away – but I’m so pleased that he carried-out the work on my car, I now have the car that I’ve always wanted! Andy has recently fitted an extra 12 volt take off for me on a new A3 Hybrid Sportsback.
In addition he has converted the manual tailgate to pushbutton
electrical operation.
All the pre ‘operation’ discussions were both extremely helpful and professional.
It is very easy to understand why other reviews are so positive.
The work is exemplary both in regard to the faultless operation of the additions and in the care taken to ensure the car was returned in excellent shape.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Andy.

Andy was just brilliant! I had the 360 degree camera system installed on my Q4 e-tron. Andy was very patient answering my questions however trivial. He clearly is an expert in what he does, is completely trustworthy, and did an excellent job! Highly recommended.

If you have any upgrade needs to your Audi, Andy is your man. He knows the cars in and out. I needed to install new OEM driver memory seats and in-dashboard advance TPMS on my Audi SQ5. Andy did an impeccable job and treated the car as his own. Highly recommended!

I used Andy recently for the first time to install an LED kit to my TT. He is one of the most friendly, honest & competent professionals I’ve dealt with so far and very transparent throughout the whole process. He’s a stickler for detail and isn’t happy until everything is 110% perfect which only a car enthusiast would appreciate. He even supplied and installed some new card door clips & holders from his own supplies FOC as I had some missing! A pleasure to deal with and very reasonable too. Great experience.
