I had a very positive experience purchasing a rare Cartier fragrance from Astrua.

From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. Marta Molino was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. As I am based in Norway (outside the EU), she guided me through the purchase and arranged everything manually, including a secure payment link.

The pricing was transparent, and the VAT was correctly adjusted for a non-EU customer. Shipping was fast, and the product arrived safely and in perfect condition, with beautiful packaging.

I especially appreciated the personal service and clear communication, which made what could have been a complicated international purchase feel easy and trustworthy.

I would definitely recommend Astrua to anyone looking for high-end or hard-to-find fragrances.

I bought a watch recently at this dealer and had a completely positive experience from beginning until end! Every person working at this location was very professional and knew what they were talking about; they sincerely helped me choose the correct watch for myself! Delivery was very fast and the watch came well-wrapped with care that only luxury experts would provide. It's hard to find this kind of sophistication and detail. I would highly suggest this dealer to anyone that appreciates watches!

How the staff deals with customers

Everyone in the store was very polite and helpful. I was purchasing a watch with limited time available and the staff at the store made the process very fast and easy. Their extra attention to packaging and gift wrapping was a nice touch. They had a great inventory of watches available given current current market conditions.

The packaging is perfect. Not only beautiful, but I was very impressed with the packing to avoid damage, useful accessories, beautiful catalogs and small snacks. In Japan we take hospitality very important, and they definitely go far beyond the Japanese boutiques. Excellent!

The visit to Astrua was my first and the best service by far for any watch retailer within and outside of Italy. A beautiful and stylishly designed shop, yet intimate & exclusive.
Having experienced great service in luxury watch shops, Giovanna topped them all in terms of service, attention to detail, patience and thoughtfulness. Not only did she manage to select & secure the watches I was after, but surprised me with a lovely green silk scarf because she knew it’s was a colour that my daughter and I wanted for a watch which was unfortunately not available. I was impressed by Astrua’s personal touch of engraving my name onto Astrua’s special watch boxes; the whole experience was the highlight of our holiday. My daughter is now using one of my watches. The service provide by Sara and the team was outstanding. Sara went over and above to provide the highest level of service to ensure the smoothest possible transaction action. I am grateful for the attention she gave me for my purchase even though she had to communicate with me while I was in the USA. On my next occasion for a purchase of a time piece, I will be a return customer even if I need to make an international purchase on the web. Thank you again.
