Worst experience with Aspect. I enquired about installing a wall bed and was told on the phone it would take 2–3 hours. When the tradesperson arrived, it suddenly became 6 hours, and then I was persuaded that bringing in another person would finish it faster, around 3 hours each. In reality, it turned into a 15-hour job.
The reason? They kept getting things wrong. I had to constantly step in, guide them, and correct mistakes. Parts were assembled incorrectly, removed, and reinstalled multiple times and I was then billed for all of this inefficiency.
Despite charging for 15 hours, the job was still incomplete and unsafe screws and parts left over, the bed not properly secured, and making noise when used. I had to call them again to fix their own work. After multiple calls to customer service, there has been no resolution on the invoice, and the case has been “under investigation” for 3 weeks.
For a bed costing ~£750, they charged me £1400 just for assembly, and are now effectively withholding money by refusing a fair refund. I am proceeding with a chargeback and Section 75 claim.
Horrible experience for a company of this size, the quality and support are nowhere near acceptable. I would strongly advise going with alternatives like TaskRabbit, Checkatrade or local trades instead. Aspect has caused unnecessary financial loss and mental stress and would anyone I know to stay far away from them.

We requested a thermal image of our chimney stack to find a concealed ingress that has let water in and caused damp. We have no evidence this was done nor any confidence the leak was found. In fact we think our chimney flashing has been made worse we have pictures before and after to prove this.

Don't let the marketing fool you. Everyone from the receptionist to the work men are scammers. Avoid at all costs. Very un-professional. they quote one price then multiply it by 5. The workmen talk their way through the job to extend their time, they leave to buy parts 5 minutes down the road that turns into 45 minutes and then try to promote their side hustles by way of compensation. It's actually unbelievable. They do not respond to emails then when you call they transfer you from desk to desk as though it's a different department lol Complete cowboys. AVOID

Electrician was called out to install a 13A socket for our new built in oven.
Socket was installed seemingly without issue and was tested with a phone charger before he left.
Unfortunately the new socket sticks out so far from the wall that the oven can't be installed.
This is obviously Not Fit For Purpose.
Customer Service are refusing to rectify the issue so I will be doing a Section 75 with my credit card company if they don't see sense.

Manan came within 1 hour from my telephone request for help. He detected the leaking pipe below floor level in record time. The repair was done immediately and the pressure test confirmed there are no more leaks. Great service my Manan. Thanks for everything.

The company attended the property to investigate a possible water leak. They checked the whole water system including the heating. They spent 10.5 hours investigating and found no leak. The next day I reported that heating was now not working since they were playing with it. The company refuses to come back to resolve the issue and I am now left with no choice but to find someone else to repair what they have messed up. Emmanuel at the call centre was rude to me and the managing agent and was also very unhelpful. I would never use them again as I felt it was unjustified spending 10.5 hours at a small property and for also not going back to fix what they broke.

A late-evening electrical emergency. An electrician appeared at the time predicted. He was efficient and polite, and seems to have cured the problem. This seems to be a highly professional outfit. Judging by this experience, I recommend Aspect without reservation.

Deniz worked hard from the start to find the water leak which turned out to be multiple water leaks. In the end it turned out to be a long day ensuring that the water system could be turned back on. Deniz was diligent and he kept the area tidy, as well as keeping me informed of each step.

I requested for my charging point to be checked and possibly repaired. Your engineer came , walked around for almost 2hrs , said there is no fault with the connections and couldn't diagnose the problem for 2hrs . My wife has to tell him to leave after 2hrs. You sent me a bill for over£200 for doing nothing .You then quoted a replacement that will cost over £1400 because he think the point is damaged My electrician came back the following and he was able to recalibrate the charging point and within 5minutes , it works. Yes I am really disappointed and really unbelievable that a reputable company can do this .

The office staff seemed rather confused over timings as they were 2 hours early, so I turned them away as no one was at at home. Another engineer was booked for the original time and Csaba Nyako turned up. He was very informative and kept us fully informed as to what was happening regarding the leak detections. He was very thorough and extremely friendly throughout. If you get Csaba Nyako to do your survey, you have a really good guy on your side! TOP MAN, and THANK YOU Csaba.
I asked for a plumber and they sent me a handy man. Even, the tasks that he did was terrible. The toilet seat was not aligned properly, he didn’t replace the rubber back in the sink tap. Such simple things that doesn’t even need a handyman and he failed to do them.

Gary, who arrived on the first day for the drain mapping was polite, helpful and explained everything clearly. He returned the next day with his colleague Adam to fix the cracks and tree root problems found. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and once the work was completed everything was left in a neat, tidy state.
