1. What went wrong. The expensive running cost, scamming and love bombing to keep you on the site, inability to exchange contact details when you wish to (because this would be free outside of the site). The members that contact me wanted me to stay on site to continue and stated staying on the site was safer and it is for security. However, it is not the case the longer you talk the more you will spend you are locked in untill you bought 5000 credits. Only then you can ask for contact details which they ask your bank to authorise which my bank WILL NOT DO! You could be in a position of risk whether on the site or outside in the real world. It is a business not really for dating and making connections you are adults and should be treated as such. The site would be more efficient if: it facal scanning verification instead of you person ID they ask for; allow free exchange of contacts; free face to face video chats; and all letters, incl free attachments and chats to be priced at the same cost. They would have more members and less scaming forcing people to stay. AI, bots and fake people do not like realtime zooms/chats. This site is promising but is focused on money and less on those wanting to find connections, do not be fooled if they respond saying it for safety and development of a relationship, how can they dictate that, as no two person is the same. I sent a compaint to them regard loss of 50 credits and receiving concerning chats which I screen shot and sent to them. I currently await reply. Customer service replies seems cut and paste and not personal at all. I am aware there a genuine real members (who pay) but there those that are not and the site could do much better to improve. Some sites offer monthly subs to include - face scanning verification, free msg , chats, video. When you look at other site with these options the members they are not all doctors, ceo, well suited men with cars, professional shots etc. On asiansouls (i have seen several profile pictures where background was the same). I do not want to harm the site, its good points are that it is easy to navigate, has a free news feed and images are not blurred and has a pay as you go system. I hope they take onboard my comments and if they make any changes mentiond i would definately consider returning and recommend. Add a therapist such as myself to their site and they would on to a winner!

Stay away from this site. They will double bill you. They double billed me for almost $1,400. And they will not refund any of it. My best advice is stay away.

I strongly advise against any men using AmoreDate or AsianSouls (which appear to operate with identical profiles and pricing structures).
The credit costs are extraordinarily high:
• ~$20 to read and reply to a single letter
• ~$4 per photo view (some images have reportedly been re-blurred after purchase)
• Thousands of credits required to request contact details
In practice, meaningful communication becomes extremely expensive very quickly.
I also observed the same profiles (same photos and written descriptions) appearing across multiple related sites. Conversations were often inconsistent, raising concerns that more than one person may be responding behind a single profile.
Attempts to move communication off-platform were heavily restricted and tied to very high credit thresholds. Processing delays for contact detail requests were explained as compliance/KYC requirements, but the length and structure of those delays were unjustified.
Since registering, I’ve also experienced a noticeable increase in unsolicited scam outreach, which raises additional concerns about data handling.
My overall impression is that the platform is structured to maximize ongoing credit purchases rather than facilitate genuine connections.
Run away Guys! Find a site that is not so fraudulent!
