Overall great experience

Cushions and customer service excellent. I was a little disappointed with the colours a bit faded on the coasters...I have ordered them before however with no issues and I didn't pass my concerns on to Artovo who may have dealt with this.

Quality…

Thought I had found just the company to print mats for me..
Sadly was dissapointed in the end result, as even after a reprint, some images were still chopped off at the top.
Will be mindful of image sizes in the future.

Top quality service and products

We have a small but busy online print shop and currently don't have the equipment for large format printing, we have used artovo for are larger prints for around a year and we are always very pleased with the results.

The paper and prints are high quality which is reflected in our customer comments and reviews.

The website is clear and easy to use, much easier than many very well known companies, the staff are always quick to help with any questions or issues that I sometimes cause myself.

Being able to send directly to the customer with fully tracked shipping is very helpful too.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend artovo to anyone looking to increase their print on demand invantory.

Tablemats

Firstly the idea is great.
i ordered a tablemat with my own design. The tablemat arrived but unfortunately there was a white mark both at the top and bottom of the matt. i contacted them about this and asked how this had happened, after all it could have been something i hadn't done correctly. They responded very quickly and admitted it was a technical error in manufacturing on their part, and they had already dispatched a replacement.
The reason i have down scored them is that i feel they could offer different sizes of tablemats.
I also scored down on the image quality. Although i absolutely think it was very good service to respond to as they did, i would be concerned that if i were to order them for customers and they hadn't been checked before dispatch and faults like this went to the customer i would not be providing quality goods. In addition to this the new tablemat sent which had been corrected also had a problem in that the image had been cropped and wasn't how i wanted it to look on the matt, unfortunately it looked a little like someone had produced them on a home printer.
As i said i think the idea is a great concept but it could be better.

In terms of the printing issues, we had a misalignment with our online template that was resolved, and your order resubmitted. While we do have an internal quality and control system it is not our place to judge the work of our artist or change any design based on our opinions.
What we look out for are misprints, product issues etc.

I am very sorry that we didn't hit the mark for you, this is not the usual level of service we offer our artists and falls short of the high standard we hold ourselves to.

The cushions are beautiful.

The cushions are beautiful.. I prefer the faux suede material. The print is so detailed.
Posters were a little disappointing as I used a photograph from my phone, next time I will scan my artwork..

Fabulous service

Very fast, efficient service and the item was lovely quality. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit and the customer services lady responded immediately to send out a replacement, with consideration to the Easter holiday delays, choosing an overnight service to ensure its speedy delivery.

Delivery was fast

Delivery was fast. One placemat was shipped but replaced by the customer service team without any problems.
Cushion quality and prints excellent 😀.
Only four stars because placemats are quite expensive for what they’re… if I could give 4.5 stars I would.

Very pleased with a canvas i ordered

Very pleased with a canvas i ordered , and also the Giclée prints are lovely too. The cushion is printed very nicely but the inner a little too full in my opinion and i will have to get that changed in order to sell. However issues with two aprons I purchased which have black printing marks on them high up on the bib part. The painting I submitted is used to print many items at different printers and so I know it's not a problem with my art .I was disappointed, as the quality of the aprons is excellent, as was the printing of the actual art, and I was looking forward to adding them as a new range to sell.
Although I have to be honest and say, I use another company for most of my work, Artovo, have certain items that I cannot find elsewhere, and the quality is overall good
