Excellent service, poster was lovely just like advertised. Arrived very quickly and well packaged.

I am very disappointed. I waited three weeks for delivery. It was only sent after I tried to cancel the order.
otherwise: image quality is ok/good, frame quality is normal/cheap. The plastic on the “glass” still needs to be removed.

Ordered 3x a3 prints with frames that cost nearly £100. Arrived on time and well packaged. However they are very cheap perspex, not even worth £10 each I’d say BUT as long as the cost is mostly for commission for the artist, I don't mind the cost as they do look great, good quality prints.

Be careful with sizes of prints - I’d assumed the 30x40cm would be A3 and it is smaller so I can’t find a frame anywhere. And the return/refund costs are really high - they basically don’t want you to return

Service was speedy, quality of the print is good - frame really cheap with plastic ‘glass’ :/ Would buy another print but skip the frame, just too poor quality for the price paid.

Worst experience ever! We placed the order on February 13th and received the material on March 15th. The website says 4 days... I have not even received a commercial acknowledgement. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid... We suffered this order.

Between the frame and the picture are like 0,5 cm space, so it's not adjusted properly and looks bad, like somebody was drunk at the factory while combining both. Also: The frame does not have a hook to hang up the picture, that's insane! The return costs of course belong to the customer.

Poor Quality of the Poster I got. Greasy and bad resoluted, I am really shocked what I got at this price point of 40€. I expect to get a refund here, this is not working out guys.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company, ordered 3 prints. It seems they might be using cheap printers instead of professional-grade equipment. The quality of the frames and the paper didn't meet my expectations either; they looks very cheap and fragile. I also found the process for returning items and getting a refund is quite complicated, and there’s no guarantee you'll get your money back. Just look what they write: If you are shipping back an item over $60, you should pay return yourself and plus purchase shipping insurance (!!!). And they tell you that they "do not guarantee that they will receive your return". Once your return is received , its not sure they will give you back money: first they should notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund first. With the quality of these frames, we can’t be certain that the print will come back in perfect shape. Avoid this company, my advice.

I ordered a picture that I do not received more than 2 weeks after. No one answer my mail.

Still not received my order over 3 weeks ago & no response from email or live chat. Paid £65. Looking at these reviews I’m wondering if I will ever get my money back or the print 🤷🏻‍♀️

Lovely poster, great designs, quick delivery. Was expecting a glass fronted frame as wasn’t clear in the description however came with plastic front, which looks and feels a bit cheap. Especially for the price which was quite expensive (£56.90 inc postage!) for poster, a metal frame and plastic front.

The level of customer care is appalling . They rarely respond to your messages but when they can be bothered to respond, their responses are rude and abrupt. When I challenged them about their behaviour they completely stonewalled me. Unprofessional in every sense. Save yourself the worry and DO NOT use this company. There are much better companies to order from for exanple Desensio, Wall Editions and Printler. Artesta is a joke company. If it was possible to give them no stars I would have done this.

Inferior quality. Trying to return the item filled in the Return Portal I was notified I would receive a return label. After many emails still nothing. Customer service does not exist.

Fairly prompt service, regular updates re shipment and good quality product. Was expecting the picture to be brighter and richer in colour

Ordered two prints (portrait oriented). The two prints that arrived were cross sections of the full image and were horizontal orientation.
Logged this through the ‘incident’ form but no response. Tried to email a week later, no response. Messaged ‘hello’ on Instagram to which they responded but when I asked about my issue there was no response

DO NOT USE. Ordered almost 3 weeks ago and nothing has turned up despite the 3-5 day shipping promise. Customer service is non-existent. No one on live chat. I have no idea whether this is a complete scam but wish I’d looked at previous reviews before buying.
