Great quality, love the horse prints I purchased.

I have only good words for my experience with buying the really good quality products from this company I seen all the stuff companies buff rubbish stuff and I've bought plenty and I don't think I've ever been truly happy with things I've received and I was sceptical with this company right to receiving my first item opened the box and blew me away I was 100% happy wich anyone who knows me thinks its impossible to get me even saying its ok i crap with the Internet and messed the order f details and it sad a stretch nearly the same name and I kept thinking they've got my picture I was nearly getting dressed for going through there door and getting my picture sent a email and didn't know if they got it but thank god they emailed quickly and sorted my concerns out and probably saved me being taken to the police station anyway they sorted the problem and sent me a email that reassured me it was nothing I should worry about and from then on sent me updates of the shipping detail and then I received my great glass art picture and few days after made another purchase and I received even better service and really fast delivery and I will enjoy the pictures for years and I'm a Barnsley Yorkshire man and I never speak as highly in my life as I have about this company and the service and lovely words the sent me in there emails and when get my living room done I'll be getting another glass art picture for my wall i really recommend them and I don't think I've ever done that before lol buy with assurance from a Barnsley lad

The piece I received looked like a cartoon drawing compared to what it looks like on the ad. Spent almost $500 on two large pieces that are not worth the cost of glass. So disappointed in the quality of the picture! The abstract print is awful

Absolutely love the artwork we bought for our kitchen. It looks awesome, great quality and as described. In the order confirmation email it mentions it could take up to 2 weeks for delivery, ours arrived after a week. Will definitely be purchasing again from this company.

I purchased the Ocean and Sunset Glass Wall Art on 08/25/25 as a gift for my wife. While the art itself is stunning and we truly love it, the post-purchase experience has been a nightmare. It has been nearly five months (today is 01/13/26), and a basic administrative error remains unresolved.

My shipment was mistakenly sent as DAP (Delivered at Place) instead of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Despite receiving an initial email from the company telling me to "disregard" any FedEx invoices for customs duties because they were fixing it, I have since been hounded by three separate invoices.

I have contacted support numerous times. Each time, I am met with empty assurances that the issue is being addressed, yet my recent inquiries have gone completely ignored. Their customer service is effectively non-existent. Buy for the art, but be prepared for a total lack of support if anything goes wrong. Proceed with caution.

Absolutely beautiful piece of art. Really makes a big impact. Is just like the photo on the website. Would definitely recommend and would buy again.

The picture arrived in perfect condition & was everything I expected it to be.
I was surprised that this item shipped from overseas. I may have missed it, but it would be nice to know this upfront. This did add a minor additional expense, as I was charged a currency exchange fee by my credit card.

I don’t write reviews often but just need to give these guys 5 stars. I’ve been purchasing from this company for the last 2 years from their clocks, metal art, glass art, and more recently their custom glass art. Their customer service is on point! I’m not too tech savvy so whenever I try to make a custom photo there’s normally something wrong with the pixel sizing etc whatever….I always email them with the photos I want printed and their team works there Magic and gets the photos in the size I want. Everyone walks around my condo and loves all of them! Shout out to Caroline who always seems to be on the receiving end of my email requests and the team for getting my photos squeezed onto the glass!

Excellent customer service!my original order arrived cracked in the shipping box. Artdesigna customer service got on it immediately and sent me a replacement. I received the replacement piece and this one had no issues….. it was robust when removing from the package and installed perfectly.

The wall art itself is just spectacular. It’s easy to hag (comes with the hanging pieces attached to the wall art piece), are crisp and vivid to look at, and add beauty to any wall in the house.

I’m so happy with these prints that I’ve ordered 3 more and am eagerly waiting for them to arrive to make my house look awesome!

It’s refreshing to see a company that truly stands behind their product with great customer service and communication. I purchased three pictures, and they arrived very quickly. I was immediately impressed with the quality.

Unfortunately, one of the frames arrived with the glass broken during shipping. I sent a quick email—without even asking for a replacement, the company immediately assured me they would take care of it. That kind of proactive service is rare and very much appreciated.

Because of this wonderful experience, I purchased two more pieces of artwork today. Thank you again for your excellent service. You’ve earned a loyal customer!

I ordered a multi-panel vertical photo and unfortunately on the day of delivery one of the photos was missing. I reached out to customer service for help and Caroline A. jumped right on it. She opened an investigation internally and with the shipping company and kept me apprised of the progress throughout the entire investigation. Her team also assisted me with ordering the replacement piece and closely monitored it until it was delivered to me. The quality of the product that artdesigna delivers is unmatched, but their customer service is really what makes this company stand out. In a time where good customer service is impossible to find, artdesigna brings the at home/family feeling back into the online shopping experience. They have gained a lifetime customer in me and I will be singing their praises to everyone I know looking for pieces to enhance their living space. Thank you all for all you do!

The art arrived in simple, minimal and smart packaging. The piece exceeded my expectations on quality, vibrancy and overall look and feel. Hanging was straight forward. Excellent product and service.

UPDATE:
I have sent the pictures out of my pocket and I have delivery confirmation. The shop still refusing to issue the refund. So now I am left with no pictures ant no 370euro.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Artdesigna. The pictures advertised on the website showed a clean white background, but what I actually received were glass prints with a green background that look nothing like the advertised photos. The product does not match the description at all.

To make things worse, when I reached out about a return, the company started ignoring my messages. I now have to pay high return shipping costs out of pocket. Thankfully, PayPal is helping me sort out the return — otherwise I’d be left with products I didn’t order and no support from the seller.

Overall, very misleading business practices. I will never use this business again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I purchased several glass wall art pieces. 2 arrived completely shattered, they do not reply to any emails. I would not risk supporting this business as they do not know how to package properly and will not make things right if pieces are broken in transit.

amazing products / incredible designs / colors and graphics are stellar / customer service is also excellent as I needed help just to simply check on the order status and they were quick and very helpful
