Ordered a product, canceled that order and they shipped anyway, when I showed them the proof, they told me to f-off and were insanely rude, would not even try to compromise, or work with me. They do not care if your product is wrong, if there is an issue or if you like me told them do not send it.. they will charge you anyway DO NOT give these thieves your credit card info for any reason.
They stole from me, they will steal from you.

We explicitly warn our customer that each product is manufactured on demand and that there's no automatic right of withdrawal after the manufacturing process has started.

They have a huge range of art to print. I like quality of print, matt paper is great. The prints were delivered fast and safely.

BUYERS BEWARE
You cannot trust this ethically-bankrupt company to do the right thing. They have non-existent customer service – I never heard back from them after multiple attempts. I ordered and received a very large, heavy framed print. Once received, I found the print was torn. The interior and exterior packaging had no damage, so clearly the print was packaged with the damage already inflicted. Immediately I sent photographs of the damaged print to the company, to which I also received no response. Only after I initiated a Pay Pal case did the company respond. And their solution? I PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING for a large, heavy, damaged-by-them framed print from the USA to GERMANY, and then they would refund ONLY my purchase price. UNPRINCIPLED TO THEIR CORE!

Original review:
We placed our order (16064094834842619) in the event "buy 1 get 1 free". The website preview had an error claim the stretcher to be included. After the payment, I received an email to check the order for errors and to respond if an issue is found. I noticed the issue I immediately left 10+ emails/calls/call messages requesting the issue fix/cancel my order. No one picked my phone next days, no one responded to my messages or emails up until next Monday 5 days later that it has been printed and is being shipped with errors! After negotiation they let me make another order to replace this original order but for the "FULL PRICE" this time 100 USD more and smaller size.

This was the only source I could find for the Durer print I wanted - it's beautiful! Very clear, with sharp lines and bright colors, It's much easier to study and enjoy than the small book versions I was stuck with before.
