So disappointing
I was very happy with this wig at first — the hair looked beautiful and the lace seemed well made. Unfortunately, after only a few wears (without washing), the wig started shedding excessively. A large amount of hair fell out, especially at the front lace, making it look very wide and unnatural. The wig is now no longer wearable.
I contacted customer service multiple times, but the solution offered does not reflect the severity of the issue. This has been a disappointing experience.

Never disappointed!
I have bought 3 glueless wigs from them and love them all! The black with blonde striped highlights instantly became my favorite wig out of all my wigs! I also got their dark blue wig and man is that baby thick! It's beautiful I love it. And I got their 7x5 copper wig. It is beautiful no issues with any of their wigs. They all smelled great out the box! Will be buying more!

I love the hair! I’ve received so many compliments on how it looks on me! There’s minimal to no shedding which is so great the hair is thick, some thing I would change is that the curls don’t hold as long as I want them to but other than that I’ll definitely put from this hair vendor again!! ❤️❤️❤️

The wig cap was way too big for my head in the back of it was pass the middle of my neck so the drawstring meant nothing. I sent them an email talking about how the cap was too big and they sent me a video on how to make it smaller. If I wanted to readjust my cap on my own, I would’ve made a wig. So instead of this wig being a ready to go wig with a drawstring it was nothing like that.I am very upset on this wig.

I am so hurt and disappointed! This is my third wig I have bought. The first wig was beautiful and perfect! Because I’m visually impaired I picked the picture of the first wig I’d purchased only to find that it is not the same wig. I feel to offer the picture of one wig but add a description of another wig lacks integrity. When I went to my stylist to have the wig installed is when we discovered, the wig on the picture is not the wig that was sent. Almost $300 for something I’m not happy with at all! Extremely poor quality wig and fake reviews
Extremely poor quality wig. The band around the back was an very thick and made the bottom of the wig bump way out. The hair was thin on the top and sides and way too thick on the back. The color was incorrect; I paid for a platinum blonde color and received an ashy-dirty blonde color. It smelled like burnt plastic and was about 10 inches shorter than advertised. Also, the brand hides bad reviews and does not let any review show less than 4 stars. Reviews look and sound bought and paid for.
Edit after brand response: If the reviews are real, then why when I filter the reviews to be lowest to highest does it only show 4 and 5 star reviews across multiple different wigs? It's statistically not possible to have every product being sold not receiving less than 4 stars when the quality of wig I received was less than 1 star quality. Also, the band of the wig was as thick as my pinky finger. Then don't call it platinum blonde if there's that significant of a color difference. In the legal world, that is called false advertisement.

As for the wig, variations in density between different areas can occur due to construction techniques, which are designed to create shape and layering rather than uniform thickness throughout. The band is intended to provide structure and support, though the fit can vary slightly depending on head shape. Color may also appear different due to lighting, screen settings, and batch variation. The scent you noticed can come from the production and packaging process and typically fades after airing out. Based on your feedback, we will also pass these details to our factory for further review and optimization.

The hair was completely trash. It is very plastic key. It is not 100% human hair it tangle it was absolutely not worth it at all. I would not recommend anyone to purchase because it’s not good. It seems like it’s synthetic blend is not 100% human hair
