Chris and Amy were incredibly nice and super helpful from my initial interest in their Sofas . Brilliant customer service . But I am completely blown away by the Sofa , I can honestly say it is the best sofa I have ever sat in . I have been to some lovely five star hotels etc but I can honestly say nothing compares to my Soho sofa from Arabella . I can’t rave about it enough as I did loads of research on different companies but I found the best 🙏. Thanks so much Chris and Amy !

Chris was extremely helpful from the first time I contacted the company about bar stools that I had seen on the website. I always had quick replies to emails and my questions were always answered in detail....nothing was too much trouble. I came across this company on instagram while looking for new sofas. Couldn’t find anything we liked in the traditional shops so thought we would get in touch with Arabella Designs. So glad we did. Blown away by the incredible personal service from Chris & Amy. Nothing has been too much trouble and we have a design personal to us. Order placed and cannot wait for our new sofas.

These guys created a beautiful bed for us, I spent hours googling high headboard beds and couldn't find the quality and finishes that Arabella deliver on.. we got to choose from a huge range of fabrics, and they even matched the wood edging to a vanity sample I had, absolute genius! Can't recommend them enough, 10/10

We've had a fantastic experience with Chris and his team at Arabella. As others have said, it's daunting to buy a sofa without trying it first but the many positive reviews gave us confidence.

Communication with Chris is outstanding - he really does go above and beyond in explaining options and responding to questions.

We settled on the cloud sofa in cloud cotton ivory and Chris offered to adjust the width to fit it into our space.

Chris delivered and assembled it himself and we couldn't be happier with the result.

It's extremely comfortable, looks and feels great and is far better than the Loaf sofa it's replacing.

I'd recommend Arabella without hesitation!

We wanted a bespoke sofa due to our room being an odd size and shape and saw Arabella online. We booked in for a face to face discussion and Chris and Amy were 5*
We initially wanted the cloud but Chris gave honest advice considering our life, dog etc and we decided to go with foam instead. Without this advice I would have got the wrong sofa and been annoyed down the line.

All the samples for fabrics and colours were fab and we were able to take our time choosing.

By sheer chance at the end of the consultation I mentioned I wanted a dining booth and Chris said that this could be done with Arabella (and a better spec than what the other place could offer that I was going to go to)

We absolutely love the sofa and dining booth. They are exceptionally made and of the highest quality. Fabrics are 5*. We are so happy we went with a family run business instead of one of the big companies. Chris was a great help on the day of delivery too.

If you are looking for bespoke at a great price, look no further than Arabella. Chris and Amy are lovely and you won't be disappointed.

It’s been a dream from start to finish!! I was very apprehensive about buying a sofa online! (Had a couple of near misses). Well, it’s arrived, and they so beautiful, bespoke design the craftsmanship and quality, for the price is unbelievable.

Unbelievably amazing service , fantastic kitchen stools totally amazing ,top quality .We are going to order a lot more from this company !!!

Amy and Chris gave excellent service and always responded promptly. I needed an especially large sofa to fill the room, and they were very helpful in suggesting the possible options.

The sofa is extremely well made, and the materials used are of very high quality. The sofa was excellent value considering it's quality.

Really great service from Chris. Completely clear from start to finish and getting the bespoke sofa we were looking for will (I predict) be a bit of a game changer for our house. It’s only just gone in, but the quality of the final piece looks top notch.

From the fantastic help when choosing our sofas and footstool. A large selection of fabric made the selection process easy. The design changes that we made were done and they were delivered earlier than the expected delivery. Happily sitting on a new sofa writing this review.

Visited the showroom and was very impressed with the sofas that we looked at. Chris did a fantastic job of explaining everything to us. Excellent choice of colours and fabrics and swatches arrived really quickly. Love the idea of sofas made to order. Just need to decide which colour and make sure the sofa we like is right for us 😁
