Ordered a Christmas present at the…

Ordered a Christmas present at the beginning of December. It was marked delivery under 15 days so plenty of time or so i thought. Called sav and the guy made me feel i was an idiotic and obviously that was working days even though this was not mentioned in the delivery delay. I said i could have ordered it in another country and had ithe item in 48 hours. He replied order it there then, great sav skills!!!!.
After 10 days into January the item was still not shipped.
I canceled my order and ordered it from Holland and received the item 24 hrs later and a better price.
Terrible service and just arrogant sav wish there was a zero star rating.
