The payment methods are a totally headache. My girlfriend and I we spent a whole day trying to renew our subscription and we couldn't it. In the end we lost almost $500 aud doing the wrongs transfers and wrongs crypto currency. Never more with this rubbish. I would give 0 stars.

Buffering issues all the time, it just never ends, we have had this service for over 3 years hopping it will get better but it never does, in fact I think it’s worse, don’t was you money, after our subscription ends we’re done.

My TV keeps going out on 456?? I have starlink not sure if that's doing it but no one will answer my requests to fix for the 4th username switch on account to fix my problem??

Apollo group TV is so easy to infiltrate with scammers that until you pay and don’t receive service. You will never really know if you’re on the correct website or not. And this was during renewal scammers infiltrated our email posing as Apollo so they obviously are easy to clone and infiltrate and people got our information through their website.

Been with apollogroup forn2 years. I joined because of 1 person....he called himself Mike. He made a great impression had excellent customer service. Always around to address any issues. Helped me customize my programming theybwaybI needed. I have been having buffering issues since August l/ September and can't get in touch with anyone. This was one of the best now I feel like just a number.

I was paying $180 for cable. Ridiculous. This gives me more channels for peanuts. The only reason it's 4 stars is because the channel guide sometimes takes a minute to populate, but once it's there, it's smooth sailing

Been a user for over a year. I'd say it works perfectly 99% of the time. Every now and then a specific channel might go down for maintenance, but it usually comes back up quick. For the price of a coffee per month effectively, you can't beat the value

Definitely not happy. Went thru the process thinking it was my other tv service. It is not. Started working fine and now I keep getting an error code. Not sure what's going on and now no one is msging back either. Live and learn I guess. Just bullshit dealing with this.

Look, once you get it running, the TV is actually pretty good. Picture is clear. But man, the payment process is a headache. I don't use crypto and I didn't want to learn. The chat support guy (Mike?) was patient and walked me through the CashApp thing step-by-step, which I appreciated, but I really miss just typing in a credit card number. If they made paying easier, this would be 5 stars

I love it. Look, it’s not perfect, but for the price and what it offers, it’s fantastic. The rare time it buffers or crashes... well, even Netflix crashes sometimes. You gotta give Apollo a break considering the value you're getting

It's generally good, but with some hiccups and buffering. I improved my internet (got rid of T-Mobile) and use a VPN, but a couple of things still bug me... like the buffering on Fox News every weeknight (no help from Apollo). I use TiviMate or Sparkle for my player most of the time, except for Playberry on my phone and IP Smarters (from the Microsoft store) on my Windows PC. A pretty good value, too, if you buy it for a longer duration.

I only use live TV for NHL games and it works great 98% of the time! For TV and Movies it has good selection and I don’t have too many buffering issues on either live or VOD. Worth the money to me!

Used it for 4 months. No issues really. Would recommend. Might look for more 4k content down the road but overall happy.

No IPTV service will ever be 100% perfect, with that being said Apollo is one of if not the best service I’ve personally ever used, I went thru about 5 different ones in the past till I found Apollo, been a customer for quite a few years now, at times it can be frustrating but not to the point of leaving for another service, I have looked and done trials of other providers but Apollo always wins in the end

The service for the most part is good. The customer service has always been good until today. I had a problem and was trying to address it via email. I sent 2 emails and the person who responded was the rudest I have ever seen! Threatened to cancel my service and flat out telling me off! Well, if I wasn't sharing Apollo then I would have told them to go f... themselves! I mean they were beyond rude! Due to this i almost canceled my subscription until another rep reached out to me and apologised for what happened

I laugh when I hear people crap all over it. I’ve had it 11 months and for what I pay for it, I couldn’t be happier.
The only thing I lose from YouTube TV is DVR, but if you set up TiviMate for live tv, you can record shows (although it’s only 90% bulletproof).
The other negatives: I’ve had one total outage (that lasted for 2-3 hours), and will occasionally lose access to my local CBS station (which is no big deal because I have an antenna, or access to dozens of other local CBS networks).
There are a few quirks here and there, but I will be renewing my subscription at the end of December with zero hesitation.

I've had it for a few years now, and like other people have said, no service will be perfect, but this is really really good.
I watch a lot of sport personally, so having a lot of ppv's, which run pretty flawlessly 99% of the time, as well as various European football leagues and the NBA League pass, i couldn't ask for anything more.
From a price point perspective, the NBA league pass alone would cost me $200 or so, so for me it's a no brainer.

For anyone searching, I was a client of Apollo Group and almost got taken by another “Apollo” site, the real one is apollogroup.tv, not anywhere else, stay safe and double check.

Learned the hard way, I signed up on a site that seemed like Apollo TV and never got proper access, the legit service I know is only at apollogroup.tv, verify before entering your card.
