The steps AND recommendations aré not in Spanish. It Is friendly, but it could be more friendly. Specially in creating lists and sequences. AND in Spanish.

Really sucks
Onboarding never followed up with what I needed help with. Not good at all for the amount of contacts like really only 250 restaurant managers and owners in a city with 5k plus restaurants. Pick up rates are super low and a good majority of the phone numbers were low quality. Way too expensive per lead, everything is an add on, would rather field prospect cause this tool really sucks.

Wholesale scale data thieves and crooks
Somehow harvested my PRIVATE email address to sell on for spam, marketing and other dubious contact. No consent, no permission, no opt-in. There is no case for "legitimate interest" with a PRIVATE email address. They are clearly wilful and deliberate wholesale scale data thieves and crooks. No thank you, keep away from my personal data.
Then, to add insult to injury, they then complain to TrustPilot that these reviews aren't based on a genuine experience.
CHECK THE MANY GENUINE 1 STAR REVIEWS TO SEE THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED CASE!

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Mostly the emails are opened by bots. I have tried 3 different industries but the results were same. I have taken the onboarding calls with Apollo team but they were also helpless to solve the issue. I won't recommend to pay for this useless app to get only verified email addresses which dont work at all. Even defining ICP and doing everything it does not work.

Unauthorised Sale of Scraped Personal Data
I got a call from WorkWise suddenly trying to sell me their products.
I was called on my personal number that apparently had been "provided by apollo.io".
I do not have my number listed anywhere online. I have contacted apollo.io to demand that they explain where this has been sourced from.
I find it insane that you can profit from my personal data that I have not permitted you to use and that I am expected to contact you to exlude the data from your database!
