High-quality supplements, actually worth it

Been using Ancient Nutrition’s bone broth protein for a few months now and it’s become a staple. Cleaner ingredients than most options on the market, mixes well, and doesn’t have that weird aftertaste a lot of protein powders have. Shipping was fast and the packaging was solid. Will keep buying.

customer service

The lady did a review and i am piggy backing on the lack of customer service. I agree with her review. I had a similar problem. I wanted to physically talk with and agent and was impossible. I after several attempts had to figure out how to solve my own problem. my subscription was being sent more often then needed. It kept coming products and invoices. i had to find my account and edit it and it wasn't easy to figure that out. For the money i spend i deserve customer service. That is unacceptable. Poor customer service. Nonexistent customer service Guaranteed. That date is not correct but it wouldn’t let me finish entry without it. It was within last 3 months or so.

I've used their products (specifically Lean) for a few years and love the products. The quality, taste and price have always been competitive. I do not understand the negative reviews on this site. My review is for the product, not the subscription (I avoid these at all costs).

Former Loyal Customer

I have been a subscribe and save customer for years. The collagen is great but overpriced unless you are earning reward points. My computer that held my login password crashed. Unfortunately my work schedule makes it extremely difficult to reach out M-F before 6 pm. I have made multiple attempts to reset my password and the password reset emails (with expiration time limit) come a day or two later, when I am not at my PC, or not at all. Yet, AN kept charging and sending collagen. I cannot change my subscriptions or use my reward points (which feels like theft). Buy your collagen in the store - there are great alternatives to AN. AN's direct-to-customer services has been severely lacking.

Ancient Nutrition is the Best

I have used Ancient Nutrition for a while now, starting with the Collagen Protein Unflavored Powder. Since then, I have purchased other products recommended by Dr. Josh Axe. All have helped me with my health in a positive way. Everyone is different though but other reviews I have seen on the internet concerning AN have been encouraging. I highly recommend them and checking out Dr. Josh Axe's YouTube website since he is one of the founders of AN. I also research carefully before purchasing any product and AN is the best for me.

Superior products and practices, in a league of their own.

The only reason I came to this site as well as several others today is to comment, help get the word out and see how many others are as impressed as I am with this organization. I am absolutely flabbergasted and appalled to see these reviews. Almost without exception reviews elsewhere have been beyond exemplary in every aspect, in line with my own experience. I have been a loyal customer for several years and have been incredibly impressed with every product and interaction I’ve had with them and their level of excellence. Along with multitudes of reviewers elsewhere and many good friends and acquaintances, I have found them to be as ethical, transparent and user friendly as humanly possibly and their products to be absolutely fabulous. I’m afraid I now have serious trust issues with Trust Pilot after seeing these ridiculous, lopsided reviews. I’d strongly urge anyone reading these to please look into them elsewhere for more reasonable and reliable information and reviews.

Best greens powder I have tried…

I have been taking the super greens powder for about a year. I can’t say enough good things!! I feel an energy boost when I take it. I like many of their products but this one in particular is my favorite.

Undissolving, nasty tasting, uneffective

Their product is nasty tasting, doesn't dissolve well. It actually did the opposite of what it advertised to do. My face and hands broke out in a rash that left scales and peeling skin. I would not recommend the product. I took it for around 6 months.

Company is overly commercial for me and I lost confidence in products being sold

This company is using the public as guinea pigs. It claims to improve brain health while harming it through negligence that rises to actionable negligence. Stay away from their SuperGreens. They seek to appeal to those in need of improved brain health but to enlarge profits appeal to those who like the taste of cloyingly sweet artificially sweetened drinks, the berry and mango variety, inconspicuously added to the ingredients Below what appears to be the whole story. I'm referring to the luo han guo sweetener referred to as "other ingredients." This is harmful to one's brain health. To mask the unpalatable flavor of the unflavored SuperGreens, they mask even that with this seemingly curious agent exponentially sweeter than known sweeteners. They should realize that this product, one new and unknown, would have other unique aspects to be investigated before use. Still being studied for the full impact on the brain does not deter this company from experimental use. It impairs the efficacy of those medications that act on the gaba neurotransmitter minimally as it binds to it reducing its availability for medical benefit. This includes the class of benzodiazepines, meds that calm, induce sleep and offer anti-seizure relief. It will give you a jolt to hook you. It's a drug. You can get the jolt from caffeine. Studies remain underway about the full scope of side effects of this agent and exploits those in need of brain health susceptible to slick infomercials. You will suffer worsened brain health. After buying any product from this company they overpower you with ads, reviews with 5 stars filled in and mailings and online intrusions. An apple makes green juice taste sweet and is what is used in natural health stores. Their product does not taste natural, but purity is anything but what this company is about. Check the ingredients carefully for this sweetener, not likely one you've encountered and have considered whether you want to experiment with or be a cash cow. They also use stevia for unnatural sweetness, another dangerous and mind-altering ingredient. Studies already have determined that it binds to 2 critical neurotransmitters (dopamine and serotonin). This means medications that act on them for treatment won't work anymore. There are reports of it disrupting a variety of bodily functions. Binding is permanent when molecules are more stable combined than separate in which case they cannot be cleaved. Some of their products, such as their bone broths contain both of these ingredients. Obviously there are other distinguishable characteristics than their unusual sweetness, but what is this "natural" company doing adding artificial-tasting sweeteners to their products?? What's wrong with natural tasting food? They don't mention either just nonchalantly add them at the bottom of the notable beneficial ingredients. They're deliberately distinguishing them from what is beneficial, not excluding mention because they're of no significance or do not merit mention. The infomercials and presentations are manipulative. I was entranced by the pastoral setting, such a pure and back-to-nature life. I asked this company to remove from the market their products containing these ingredients or substitute them with something sweet and known-to-be-safe - without response. It would be less profitable as those who like cloyingly sweet or would stay away because some healthful ingredients may not be to their liking would not buy. STAY AWAY FROM ANCIENT NUTRITION. THEY ATTEMPT TO INDEMNIFY themselves by claiming the FDA never approved their claims of efficacy. They have a duty to do their research and exclude what is under study or at least give warnings and introductions about unknown impact on the brain, if giving the true and full story about brain health. Gut health??? I have never been so constipated. My life changed after trying their varieties of SuperGreens, after fresh hope after an improvement from the probiotics. So I bought more. The ads pulled me in. Spents several hundred dollars, trying one of everthing that came bundled. That negated the benefit and I'm in a more deteriorated state than before trying the probiotics which did improve sleep, trying the additional products. I accepted the worsened constipation for what was helpful. ANCIENT NUTRITION: REMOVE LUO HAN GUO AND THE STEVIA FROM YOUR PRODUCTS.
Reply to this business: What's transparent is your cavalier attitude to the impact on brain health even though pushing brain health. It's a contradiction your admission on your products that your claims have not been evaluated by the FDA but your defense is that the FDA considers your products safe. You're opaque about LUO HAN GUO, even putting it outside of the box of ingredients.

Do not trust this company!!!

My last order was underweight and the scoop was half the size of the scoop in my last can. Instead of 606 net grams, the can contained 584 net grams; the scoop delivered 8 net grams instead of 10.1 grams of collagen as stated on the label; the larger scoop delivers 14 net grams, not the 10.1 gram dose.

THIS SHOULD NOT BE SO HARD!

This is not the first time that I have received an underweight can from Ancient Nutrition. So now, I weigh every can of Dr. Axe's Collagen upon arrival to check to see if the contents are the correct net weight.

I wrote to customer service about the WEIGHT, and the rep apparently did not bother read my email carefully, telling me that the can would not be full due to what the volume looked like, but was the correct weight. I almost tore my hair out due to frustration with a stupid, inept customer service rep who did not read what I had written. I was not satisfied by their inept reply! Why doesn't anyone read something through to make sure that they understand the content of the complaint???

(Customer service has “implied" that weighing products on consumer scales is not accurate and that only their factory weights can be trusted. What an invalidation!

I tested the net weight of the product numerous times to assure that my numbers did not fluctuate. It is a "cop out" to infer that customers cannot judge whether they have received an accurate measure of product in their order. Blaming the victim just makes them look bad!

I did get a clue further down in the email when I was told that the formula had changed and the volume would be different. Since the powder was packed in their old packaging and the smaller scoop was delivering less than 10.1 g of collagen, I don't know which powder I was using and did not know about whether I was getting the proper amount for my daily dose.

Here is the important question: Did I get the new formula in an old can with a new, smaller scoop that delivers an unknown quantity of collagen powder?

On top of all of this, the new formula does not work. Our joint pain returned.

Ancient Nutrition has refunded my purchase. Unfortunately, customers receiving the new formula will be receiving an inferior product, possibly in old packaging, with no information from Ancient Nutrition about the changes.
