Waited months, bolt broke during install, numerous calls to tech support about loging in. Bought the subscription, twice, per tech support. Still having login in issues. Additional subscription still not refunded (as of last night). Been a week of back and forth and our account issues remain unresolved. No idea if the device is good or not. Haven't been able to use it.

Had a great experience with amp. I have been working out since 2 years. My coach offered several terrific workouts and really helped me with some injury issues as well. The workout library is a fantastic reference for new exercises and I love the overview and video section.

Beware the Software as a Service. If you buy this machine, you will be locked in for a full year to pay the $23 per month. After this period, you can cancel. One thing to note is that their customer service is excellent and the machine itself is also pretty great, especially for those that don't have a lot of room for a workout.

Amazing application and product

Both the eccentric and band modes offer a special burn that cannot be matched by the free weights. I have never found it easy, engaging and fun to track my progress and fitness.

Service and installation were great!

The device itself is great. I waited literal YEARS to get it, and received 3 delivery estimates which were all blown. (I had to message the company on IG to get these estimates- no one could bother to reach out to me. )

Finally, my device arrives on 4/13. My husband had bought it for me. I excitedly set up the app on my phone, and the installers walked me through connecting the device to my app. Excellent- I loved the machine for exactly 1 week.

At no point was there any mention about completing the subscription purchase- not through the app store, not in the app, not in any emails. To be clear, I KNOW I had to buy a subscription- it just never gave me an option to!

At the 1 week mark, the app stopped letting me use the paid features, and prompted me to buy a subscription. Again, there was no warning or mention about the trial ending. I was happy to buy the subscription but there was no device linked to my account, so therefore it did not give me an option to purchase a subscription. I contacted support, and they said the subscription needed to be made in the "owner" account, which in my case is my husband since he made the purchase.

Ok- no problem, I have him make an account. Exactly like me- when the app is first set up you are placed into a mystery trial, which I figured out was 7 days long, based on my experience. At NO POINT is it made clear to you that this is happening. Of course, his account was brand new and there was no option to purchase the subscription.

We contacted support on 4/21 and have since been in limbo- the device doesn't show up in either of our accounts, and there is no option to purchase a subscription under either of our accounts. We've been in an endless loop with no resolution.

This is a great machine! We love it and it gives a wonderful workout! It's sleek and very easy to use. The customer service has also been top notch and phenomenal. They really care about giving customers the best experience.

While we had to wait a LONG time after pre-ordering. Once it was available in my area, the delivery and installation process was smooth. The installers were excellent! This is a well made ppeice of equipment

As I waited for the machine, they were always immediately responsive to any emails. The installation was a breeze as they knew exactly what they were doing and the machine and app are incredible. I’ve already recommended it to dozens of friends!

Delivery was as scheduled and set up was quick. Love the machine!

Hi, this review is about Amp AI fitness. I love this product. I could recommend it to everybody. I enjoy it. I've done all type of exercise and it's very, very well built. One of the key features about this product is the training. It has AI training. I love it. It's a virtual coach and he teaches you how to work with your body up or part, middle part and lower part is a great product. I will recommend it. I gave it a 10 out of 10, it's a 10 and I recommend it to everybody. Enjoy!

Install was quick and easy. Arrived on time and we ran into no problems. The machine is outstanding. Both my wife and I use it daily. The ability to mindlessly show up and have the workout curated for you is best part. Really is like having an in home personal trainer.

I waited forever! I was so glad when I was told I could complete my order. So far, so good. Great workouts and the amp is a great addition!

An amazing machine. Installation was top notch, I didn't have to do anything. So many different exercises can be done, and even if you have dumbbells at home, this will add a whole other dimension to having a full gym experience at home. The AI program building and follow-along app is a great feature as well!

The amp fitness equipment is sleek in design and performs as advertised to help me increase strength. I love how easy it is to follow the workout of the day. There are so many other areas of exercise I look forward to exploring. AI automatically knows when to increase or decrease weights as needed. It’s a great application in the use of AI to improve our lives.

I absolutely love my new amp! I had gotten bored with free weights and even though I have a personal trainer (virtual) I wasn't seeing results.
With the amp I WANT to work out and love all the AI workouts that the app has created for me. I still work with my trainer but now I have motivation again to workout!
