I ordered a ladies black vest and I absolutely love it. The fit is perfect. The sizing is a little off. I wear an XL and i ordered a 2XL. The shipping was so fast and I had a return 1 and reorder. It was amazing. I love this company!

I ordered a corset for my alter ego, Trinity. It arrived yesterday and fits perfectly. Robust and top quality fabrics used, I squeezed my body into in and tightened the straps, amazing. Love this kit

Total run around when trying to return my helmet. Several phone calls, messages left, emails sent and no one calls back. Or they reply to my email but totally avoid my question but send offers for more merchandise to purchase! After my frustrating experience I checked online and they are not accredited by the better business bureau. I do not recommend that you do business with this company.

I ordered a black leather Biker Jacket. It arrived in 2 days! It fits perfectly, looks great, and seems to be good quality. In fact it is really heavy. This will outlast me.

This company is not what they promote. I ordered a vest and was advised, after an inquiry, that they couldn’t fill the order. Not a problem but, They didn’t refund my money. Instead they gave me a discount code which I’ve tried to use on two separate occasions and the code is invalid. Also I returned an item that was misrepresented in the sizing and it has been a month so far and still no refund.
Will never do business with this company again. Their service is sub par.

I would not recommend to anyone the name is American Legend Riders, it’s China made low quality. Returned to purchase and to go back to where it came from was gonna cost me $91 dollars, I was able to return to a Utah address and still cost me $75, I still haven’t got my refund but they’re offering me an e-gift card or the Jane to do a 15% restocking fee…. So I’m loosing money anyway, shop elsewhere….

I received a wrong size motorcycle riding pants. I ordered XL.... Seller sent me Small size. When requested for exchange, the seller wans me to return to CHINA. I paid $47.20 for the pant. The shipping to CHINA is $47....The seller is a fraud. Please, do not buy from this seller. She is a FRAUD and a scammer. I am stuck with riding pant I cannot wear.

Great service bought many things for my motorcycle

I would NEVER EVER purchase anything from this company again! Their customer service is horriffic! I purchased a $299US jacket as a gift for my son at Christmas, he tried it on, and it didn't fit, by a longshot. I measured my son when I ordered it and went by theirsize guide. Naturally I sent an email explain my demise. They asked me to take a picture of the jacket, so I did. I took the picture with it on my son so they could see it didn't fit. All the tags were still on it. He literally tried it on and I then repackaged it with the hanger the same way we received it. As I live in Canada, it cost me $90 Canadian for customs fees. No problem. My problem is thatat American rider returned only a portion of my money back! They said they would charge me a15% restocking fee🤔well they kept $120 US funds of my $$. Clearly more than a 15% restocking fee, for someone to literally open the box and hang the jacket back up. I sent another email explaining that as a customer, it's as though my son walked into their store, tried the jacket on and A.L.R charged him $120 US for the experience.I have worked in customer service for 40 years and have never treated a customer so badly. This entire experince had cost meover $200 Canadian and I have nothing to show for it at all! Terrible company to deal with. CAVEAT EMPTOR( Let the buyer beware)

Do not order from this company! Their customer service is terrible. I ordered a gift that was 2 weeks late and when I tried to find out where it was they never responded. The tracking said it was stuck at a post for 6 days. Now it doesn't fit the motorcycle and I have no instruction on how to return it even if I was to get a different size. I only get emails.on items they want me to purchase. Never again.

Biker leather ordered. Bad quality. Supposed to be leather and was vinyl clothing items. Was more like a cheap Halloween costume and NOT biker apparel. Tried to return for credit or refund. Got the run around. Slow email communications to/from China. Finally wanted item returned to China at my cost. Not worth the trouble. Buyer beware. Not as advertised.

Wonderful hip bag comes in very handy love and my friends like it too .

This place is awful as far as customer service, my package was 15days late and the tracking system showed in transit therefore no refund could be issued, finally had to file a dispute through PayPal

Ordered a pair of leather chaps on cyber Monday, shipped and delivered to my doorstep on Thursday. Quality leather chaps with zip-out liner, heavy duty zippers and snaps… for UNDER $100! Ordered size according to their chart and suggestion & fits perfectly! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Great experience.

Placed an order for a sling bag early in November. By November 22nd I still had not received the bag, so I contacted customer service.

I was told the following, "We usually estimate handling and delivery time to take 7-15 business days. Sometimes there can be slight delays while traveling to the destination country and/or being processed through customs...."

American Legend Rider is located in Las Vegas, and I am in Los Angeles so their explanation for the delay made no sense.

It's now November 26th and I still haven't received the product or heard from them.

I purchased a pair of shades from American Rider and I must tell you, they fit perfectly and are of good material. I chose the round framed shades. Not too big. Not too small.

A motorcycle dash cam was purchased. Upon receiving the item weeks later from China, it was learned that the dash cam was not designed to be exposed to bad weather!!
