Throughout the whole journey, I received regular updates about where they were and how they were doing. The transport was from the Czech Republic to England. We booked a trip for our dog Dora from the south of Spain to Scotland. Dora was picked up right on time and we got updates all throughout the journey. You could tell from the videos that Dora was being very well taken care of and she arrived before expected. We would definitely recommend AMC Pet Logistics! They did such an amazing job!

An excellent service, I sent the dogs to Spain, during the transport I received information and videos of the condition of the puppies and they respond quickly to any other information or question I had, I was very anxious at the beginning of the trip but from the first video I immediately calmed down the dogs were happy, they were wagging their tails to show that they were very well treated. I recommend this company wholeheartedly

He was absolutely amazing with our furry friend, even offered a discount as he was being rehomed to us, made sure to take videos pictures and updated us all the way made sure to let Jay have toilet breaks water ect amazing company amazing man our dog also didn’t want to come with us he wanted to go with him!! This company brought my foster dog to me, they kept the rescue regularly updated so they could keep me updated, when my foster arrived the driver was so lovely, he was very caring and compassionate about the dog,he told me exactly how the dog had coped with the journey and what his previous owner had said about him when he picked him up, my foster dog was in no way stressed out at all, he was happy and relaxed when the driver got him out of the car.

My nervous dog flew from Heathrow to Lisbon. Nadeem went above and beyond to make sure all our requirements were met. He was willing to help make sure my dog’s journey was as short as possible. They took such good care of Pepper, and really helped to put him and us at ease. They flew on the same flight as him and handled all customs and vet checks and met us at the exit for the hand over in Lisbon. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much for making a very daunting trip so easy.

The whole process was easy going from the beginning. I had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure our Rough Collie would be in caring and capable hands. AMC did not disappoint. The trip was fro..Germany to the uk.and it was fantastic that it was a door to door service. They were patient and had really quick responses. On the day of pick up it was clear our dog would be well looked after and the handover was smooth and reassuring. Loved that tracking as well as updates where provided with some great videos and pictures of their walk breaks. Can't praise enough the service!

Absolutely fantastic service. Picked up our mom cat from mom’s house in Estonia on Monday. We were flying on Tuesday. Wednesday afternoon cat was safely in Scotland to reunited with owner. Cat was cared for all the way, even taken overnight to Nadeem house to get spoiled. All updates were sent after every few hours together with pictures. From Nadeem house in England to our house in Scotland we had live tracking. Absolutely excellent service, could not praise them enough

I'm absolutely speechless as to how incredible this company is .. and how caring they are of the animals they look after and clients. Our situation was rather complicated, property in South of France which we moved to earlier this year, cat came too, and we didn't enjoy the French lifestyle unfortunately so relocated to Thailand. Now, we had no idea what to do as couldn't go back to UK as 6 month pet in country rule so had to go from France to Thailand.. Now, this is where AMC came in, we paid for the highest best package possible as we wanted assurances, security and most importantly to make sure everything went smoothly .. and it did - was truly impressed by the processed. Taz drove from UK to our property, picked up our cat took to the Vets multiple times for the paperwork required (which was 2.5hours away from our property), then at our request (which we are incredibly thankful for) Taz came back to our property collected the owner (my mother) and drove her and the cat up to Paris and dropped my mother at a hotel and looked after the cat for the night. Today, straight to the airport made sure the cat was looked after and checked in - even waited and made sure my mother got through security. I could not have asked for a better service.. Nadeem and Taz, incredibly professional and truly gentlemen. Taz because a great support and friend for my mother who was already dealing with a lot to get to Thailand and made the experience as perfect as it could be. Thank you guys for your help and support.

I cannot recommend AMC Pet Logistics highly enough. My newly rescued kittens had been flown in from the UAE and were being held in quarantine at a cattery in Hampton. As I don’t drive, arranging transport to my home in South London was a real challenge.

AMC Pet Logistics came recommended by the rescue charity, so I contacted them for a quote just three days before I needed transport. I received a response within minutes, and the entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish.

Their customer service is excellent, their pricing is very reasonable, and the team is professional, helpful, and responsive. Communication was outstanding throughout. They even provided their own carrier for the journey, as the crate the kittens had travelled in needed to be used by another cat. They were also happy to accommodate a couple of specific requests, which I greatly appreciated!

A special thank you to Maddie, who delivered the kittens. She was absolutely lovely—friendly, caring, and compassionate. It was clear that the kittens’ welfare was her top priority.

Dog transport from Germany to the UK, excellent service with regular status/video updates. We have a young and shy dog but she arrived very happy and relaxed. Would highly recommend this professional and individually tailored service!

Nadeem was patient, responding to all our questions timely and offering advice. When we experienced challenges due to Rexy's documents and he was unable to travel on the day we had planned, Nadeem was flexible and changed the travel date at no extra cost. Bless him
