I recently completed the challenge with Amadeux and I want to share my experience, which I found to be very positive despite a couple of small hurdles along the way.
During the evaluation I ran into two situations that could have become real problems. The first was related to the minimum trading days requirement: I had completed both phases in a single day, as this rule was not explicitly mentioned in the FAQ. The second involved the detection of an Expert Advisor on my account, which however had not executed any automated trades — all my operations had been opened manually.
In both cases, the compliance team — particularly Samuel Torres — handled the situation with professionalism and thoroughness, carefully reviewing every detail before making a decision. Regarding the EA issue, after I provided a detailed explanation, they verified everything and confirmed that I was fully compliant, proceeding shortly after with the credentials for the funded account.
What I appreciate most about Amadeux is their willingness to engage in dialogue and their ability to assess situations on a case-by-case basis, rather than applying rules rigidly and automatically. They listened, analyzed the situation, and made balanced decisions.
I strongly recommend reading all the terms and conditions carefully before starting — I also suggested they make the minimum trading days rule clearer in the FAQ — but I can say with confidence that if any doubts or issues arise, the team responds in a professional and fair manner.
Future update: I have just entered the trading phase with my funded account. I will update this review once I reach my first payout, to share that part of the experience as well and give an even more complete picture of how Amadeux operates.
