I put 10k into my account thinking I could withdraw it whenever it is needed. As soon as I tried to pull out my money, they told me my account has been suspended because of a breached rule. I reached out to the support they told me they will get back to me and it has been two month without any answer. My strategy has proven its worth with consistent payouts across various platforms and recent # gcasco # . If I hadn't diversified my attention, my portfolio would be in a completely different state right now.

They are very rude and aggressive

They are very rude and aggressive. I had made a few deposits and things were going well, but when I tried taking some money out, I was asked to put more money in. How does that even make any sense?! They denied my requests and I had to submit the receipts and proof to Tagan Co. and they took on my case and got my money returned to me. I almost lost so much money and I'm trying to move in, but please beware.

Nothing is done here without careful…

Nothing is done here without careful manipulation and orchestration from this false broker. Do not invest with them or else you will lose everything like I did. After continuous deposits into this platform with genuine hope of making a better turn around with my finances I was scammed. They took it all from me and denied me access to my account. No help from their support team either but folco,Capi, tals showed a path to safety. It would have been very much devastating because I had invested all I had here.

Alterhill Group are Scammers !!!!!

After hearing nothing from this group, my contact Philip Zimmerman finally called me again. Wondering how I was etc .I asked him why he had stopped calling me and he said he had tried 17 times. The record of calls on my phone was 2calls. Which I had missed!! He gave me a lot excuses about loss of contact because of the war. He showed me what a wonderful job he was doing for me and asked again for 1500.00 dollars which would take me to the next level. I had no intentions of giving him anymore money after he had told me to get my "money the Hell" out of his company.
I received a phone call from him this A:M and He was upset at the review that I had given this company. I told him I wanted my money back and this was not the company that I had planned to invest with. Then the insults started, such as I was too old and my IQ was off because of my age etc. I asked if he was going to give me my money back this time? He said withdraw it? I replied that I had tried once before and I never received it. The abuse about the IQ continued so I hung up on him.
I never had an account. My money was just sitting there so they could show me what they could do. I did notice the profits that he said that he had made me were not included in the funds available to withdraw. As stated by another person this is what they are trading on to make money.
If you invest with this company you are very foolish. I learned they are not Licensed to trade on any market. US, European or Asian. Beware!!!! Do not give your money to them. I am reporting them to the Fraud department. Hopefully they can be stopped.!!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I am writing…

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I am writing this FORMAL GRIEVANCE because the NOISE from your incompetence is LOUDER than any barking DOG in this neighborhood. I have been ROBBED and CHEATED by the filthy SCAMMERS at Alterhilgroup who have STOLEN my life savings without a shred of DECENCY. They are FRAUDS and LIARS who REFUSE to let me withdraw even one PENNY of my own HARD EARNED money. I'm DISGUSTED by the lack of ACCOUNTABILITY on this pathetic website. You people are VULTURES feeding on the DESPERATE and I will not stand for it ANY LONGER. After weeks of AGONY and being ignored by their useless support team I was forced to seek EXTERNAL intervention. I must RELUCTANTLY admit that only Hunjo-LLC was able to actually get my FUNDS back from those THIEVES. It is EMBARRASSING that a private entity has to do the job of REGULATORS while Alterhillgroup continues to prey on innocent people like a pack of rabid animals. I am beyond indifferent to your excuses and I demand that everyone knows about this scam. Do not trust them or you will lose everything just like I almost did before Hunjo-LLC saved my account.

Verification was a bit of a pain but

Verification was a bit of a pain but support team helped me out, and then I finally got into the platform which works well for trading gold but the spreads on crypto were a bit high for my liking.

Alterhill group is a total scam

Alterhill group is a total scam! The first couple weeks my advisor Brad Smith was totally being helpful and showing me how everything works. Letting me withdraw money and making it look legitimate. Keep in mind the original money stayed there. All of a sudden it was I have a hot tip on gold trading all you need is $1500 US . I said no I don’t have that kind of money…. He said well borrow it you won’t get this chance again! Or come up with $1000 and the house will front you $500 intrust free… when could you pay that back
Now there is no communication from them whatsoever! They will not return my emails or answer my request for a refund. It’s a good thing they only got me for $350 Canadian but that’s still a big hit for me!
I am however going to speak with the proper authorities to look into this matter.

Spreads on gold are actually.

Spreads on gold are actually tight which is rare, so I have been scalping all morning and then the profit was credited to my account without any delays which is exactly what I need from a broker.
