Do not use them!!! My account was hacked in Nov 2025. A request for a transfer of my XRP was approved and I received no log in comfirmation or any notification and did not approve the transfer. After informing them they did mot bother to respond to the query, did not investigate or respond any further. My account is now blocked and they do not respond to emails. Your money and crypto is not safe here!!

I recently had an issue with an XLM refund transaction and the AltCoinTrader support team assisted me throughout the process until the funds reflected correctly in my account.

Although the process took some time due to verification requirements, the team stayed professional and continued assisting until the issue was resolved successfully.

Appreciate the support and happy the funds were credited correctly in the end. Thanks AltCoinTrader team

I have been using AltCoinTrader for more than 10 years now, but lately I got services that I am unable to explain, I made a deposit on 28th April, since then withdrawal suspended, I submitted all the required documents, after their submission they wrote me an email that I need to call them , for what because I have already submitted everything they needed. It's been 9days now my funds are held hostage, I need some help. Even after calling i am getting the email that I should call them, and I am from international. This is mistreatment not Fraud control.

After a long and challenging verification process, my issue was finally resolved by the compliance team. I appreciate the assistance in removing the hold and restoring access to my account. There is room for improvement in communication and clarity during the verification process, but I’m grateful for the final outcome.

Don't like them at all. Getting anything done is close to impossible. They essentially hold your account and money hostage. You have to answer ridiculous questions and provide them with information they should not even ask for but they make you run around asking you retarded questions that has nothing to do with what you trying to do.

I am going to withdraw all my coins and cash from them it is terrible I dislike them currently.

This is a convenient trading platform

I initially made a mistake with a deposit reference. As soon as I realised this, I submitted all the required documents that AltCoinTrader requested. Despite this, my funds were not credited, and the issue has now been going on for about 5 days with no resolution.

Because I trusted the platform, I decided to make another deposit while waiting for the first issue to be resolved. This time, I used the correct reference, the deposit reflected correctly, and everything seemed fine. I was ready to start trading.

However, 1–2 hours later (before 12:30), my account was suddenly blocked. This happened shortly after I was on a call with a lady from AltCoinTrader who was very rude and unhelpful. I do not understand why my account could not simply be placed on hold until the first deposit issue was resolved, instead of being fully blocked after a successful second deposit.

What makes this worse is that I received no email explaining why my account was closed. I have been emailing for assistance, but I only receive what looks like automated responses, even though I have already submitted all the required documents.

This situation has been extremely stressful. I wasn’t even planning to deposit again, but I trusted AltCoinTrader and believed I could continue working while waiting for the other funds. Instead, my account was blocked without explanation, and I am left unable to access my funds.

I am genuinely trying to trade and earn a living, but this experience has caused unnecessary hardship. At the very least, I hope to regain access to my funds, as this situation has affected me and my children. I expected better communication, professionalism, and support from a platform of this size.

My account was blocked due to suspicion log in after 3 months i decide to unblock it is now almost a year and after 4 times ive sent my documents for a review to unblock my account its still not unblock every time a submit my documents a new ticket is opened then a few days after they close it an say ticket has been resolved but my account is still locked. DONT USE ALTCOINTRADER!!!!!!!!!

Altcointrader resolved my problem professionally. I couldn't get into my account and because very concerned. Was just a minor issue caused by myself it seems. Thank you!

I've had the worst experience using Altcointrader since September I have been trying to verify my account and make a withdrawal since I need money but they have been making all this process very difficult and frustrating for me. They've been requesting a lot of documents from me including a police affidavit of which I submitted but still with no progress. They now asking me irrelevant questions about my old account that I lost access to the email address and nolonger valid since I can't receive OTP
Now they requesting a new affidavit again it's going for 2 months while we busy with a verification process that is supposed to take not longer that a day compared to other crypto platforms
