Booking on the website was easy and cheaper than renting in the resort. We got to choose a shop near to our accommodation that was open at convenient hours. No issues when we went to the shop in the resort, they had our reservation and were quick to outfit us with equipment. They accommodated our specific sizing needs and even changed my boots when I took them back being uncomfortable. They got in a better pair of boots from another of their stores.

Good Value, but tell me which ski shop
On the plus side, ski and boot hire was good value, and equipment was close to what had been agreed. It would have helped if there had been details of WHICH shop I could retrieve the skis with, as I never saw such a message. Fortunately village was small. Also the shop wanted PDF file of my booking agreement, as they seemed to not know the agreed costs. I would use ALPY.COM again, but it was a worry whether I would find the shop when I got to the resort.
