I engaged Alpha Web Creators to carry out a refresh of my website using an updated brand identity document. The services delivered did not meet the agreed scope and the project remains incomplete. I formally requested that the work be stopped and asked for a refund. I issued a 5 day written notice followed by a further 24 hour deadline but have received no response to date. I am not seeking to resolve this matter and would appreciate a response from Alpha Web Creators regarding my refund request. Failing this, I will proceed with formal recovery options.

Alpha Web Creators worked very diligently on the project and tried to implement all my wishes into the site. They key working with this group is to have your design completely mapped out as the design aspect is a little lacking on their end. However, if you know 100% what you want and know that from beginning they can probably achieve your desired results.

This was by far the best collaboration for a website I have ever had. Harry was professional, extremely knowledgeable in concepts. He built an exceptional website with little initial details very satisfied with my choice. Highly recommend!!

Quick responsive team and gave me the concepts in just 24 hours even though they said it can take upto 48 hours. Easy to communicate with just on WhatsApp even. Very happy with everything.5/5 for sure

The response was quick right from the start. I couldn't make time to speak with Harry so he even arranged a meeting over the weekend. The final result was fantastic and the service is very easy to recommend to anyone looking for logo, website and any graphic design work!

I am incredibly grateful to Harry and his team of project managers (especially Madison) for helping me with everything. I was very scared working online with a company but they have been outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Alphas design team.. after me giving a bit of info with the helpful starter form… they soon came back with a few options all of which was great, we did then continue to make tweaks and try different things till we got to a perfect logo for my business. They even let me try things so I could just see and compare to come back to what we had nothing was to much trouble and I’m super excited to start to use this logo asap 👍👍
