The communication and customer experience with the office and the inspection was excellent, however, there is some miscommunication with regards to expectations between the office and the workers who actually install the equipment and pipes. The hole on the roof was placed a bit further then I would have liked (wrong location for the solar panels that are coming later), and they claimed to be unable to create a proper widening of the existing gaps between the floors. They installed 12,5 cm pipe instead of 16cm just because of space constraints, instead of fixing/creating sufficient hole in the beton. If I do not notice that this is NOT according to the agreed specification, they would have been good to go. Now they ask me to solve the beton issue, instead of them figuring it out, as agreed. I did not sign up for additional costs related to beton construction works. This is after 2 days of the install, there is one more day to finish the work, so we will see what happens next... The installation guys are otherwise friendly and I'm glad they speak English to discuss the details.

Extremely unprofessional and deeply concerning experience. This company requests sensitive personal information and then completely disappears — no replies to emails, no answering calls, no acknowledgment whatsoever.

The mechanic was friendly, solution-oriented and did his job well.

The installers were friendly and very informative. They cleaned up the space, inside our zolder, where the ventilation system was installed. They communicated well. Installation looks great, very neat and practical.
Also we appreciated the advice given on an extra wireless remote and the settings.

Staff was friendly.

Very nice mechanic, knowledgable, willing to work with the situation, delivered a good job installing the new unit.

A few months after the brand new ventilation was installed, it stopped working completely.
After calling them, the soonest date they could come is in 3 weeks time and that's at my own expense (120EU per visit).
It's both expensive and slow, the warranty they give doesn't cover their own work.
I probably need to involve my legal insurance to verify if this is legal.

Very bad service. I will never recommend it.
They left a huge amount of dirt from the pipes all around the house when they left.
In comparison to other companies they are more expensive.

Alpha Ventilatie does not have a realiable customer support services.

Because of a mistake of their customer service team, they first scheduled my appointment on a different day and then even wanted to change it. They provided me no other options apart from the day and time slot they chose.

Now, I need to find a new ventilation company to get my job done on a shorter notice given my schedule with other renovation work.

They performed maintenance om my Zehnder E400 WTW-unit (excellent job btw) but it also needed a software update (which is free from Zehnder due to a production error). They wanted to charge me 350 euros upfront(!) for "possible problems". Worst possible customer service ever! If problems occur we can make arrangements to pay for additional labour and/or parts, not upfront.

They installed a ventilation system for 650 euros at my house just for it to leak 2 days later when it rains. They called me back 2 days after I messaged them to say they cant do something about it and its all coincidence and i should check the roof instead.
I asked for a refund and they said no because 'it works properly they have the report'. Say that to my water covered attic. I'm sure its coincidence.

Fast delivery, competent technician. Also, my space was too small so they provided a smaller box on the spot and made it work the same day. I was properly instructed on how to use the ventilation and about the airflow in my home. I have no complaints so far.

The technician did a great job at installing the new ventilation unit, and left everything tidy.
He also explained to us how the new remote controller works and helped us to get our old unit recycled.
Overall it was a good and hassle free experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new ventilation system!

Company was very fast to book an appointment and send a technician for the maintenance and cleaning. On the day of the appointment the tech showed on time and prepared.
Total visit lasted ~90 minutes with thorough cleaning of the main WTW machine and some of the vents.
On the negative side: the technician did not inspect or clean all of the vents in my house, most likely for lack of time. His explanation for why he did not need to look at all the vents was not convincing. Although he offered to answer any questions I had, he did not explain anything to me and the extent of the maintenance, any further steps or anythings else is left unknown.
Overall I would recommend the company for smaller issues, but I would not book the more comprehensive cleaning package again.
