Hugo was fantastic! I really appreciated once the work and clean up were done, he showed pictures of the efforts made, and covered next steps of this process! Pictures helped me to know where the traps were, what work has been done, and Hugo made sure I knew I could call at any time if we hear a trap release or experience any uncommon smell. KUDOS for the efficient work and the interaction!

Fast, professional, and easy to work with

The plugging of the holes in foundation went well, but the work they did gernated a lot of dust, which is now covering everything in my basement. Also, the flashing they put on my backyard shed door prevents me from opening it the door all the way.. It's not a big deal to remove these, but thay should have tested this before they left.

Friendly, meticulous and conscientious. He did an excellent job patching holes and proactively looking for areas where the rodents were entering. I would highly recommend to anyone needing pest control. Top notch.
