Don’t waste your time !

After getting targeted ad on Facebook I called them regarding a 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie with 3k miles that I want to sell. I already had a purchase agreement with vroom for $52,700 and was seeing if I could get more. Scott who was my rep initially told me him they couldn’t offer that much and I should take the vroom offer as it’s really good. Later on that day he called me back And said he made a mistake , they’ll match the offer and pay me first before taking possession unlike vroom. He sent me some docs via email . I signed a the purchase agreement , had it notarized and sent it back. They said an appraiser would come out and ACV auction rep came out week later graded it 5/5. Perfect ! They called me today said they can’t give me what vroom offered even though we had a purchase agreement notarized & signed . Turns out ACV is an auction and they ran it through the auction on consignment. What a waste of time !

We’re sorry we weren't able to complete our transaction. We understand that it can be frustrating at times. We try to use all the tools at our disposal to get the maximum amount for our customers.

Sometimes it doesn’t work out, however often it does and we’re able to give our customers way more than our competitors do. Most importantly we appreciate the feedback.

Bait and switch

Gave me a great offer on my very low miles car. Inspector was enthused at the great shape it was in pre and post inspection. They wasted two weeks of prime summer selling time, got all my car title info and then went missing, no contact from them. I had to contact them when they told me they were no longer interested. HUGE bait and switch and rather suspect.
