I have booked ticket through airbridge travel this week. Travel consultant I dealt with was Waqas Durrani and he was very professional and accomodating. Overall very impresses by the service given by Airbridge Travel.

Dealt with the company first time , was sceptical about them at first but Hamaad dealt with my enquiry effectively and was satisfied with the outcome
We are travelling in 2nd December and have had a good service from them

It was a pleasure dealing with your company. Was honestly a pleasure purchasing the tickets from this company. I spoke to Nasir and he was so helpful! He kept me well informed and followed up actions as promised. I look forward to dealing with the company in the future. Nasir is seriously a great asset to the business. He ensures that the customer is given the best service available. He is calm, patient and deals with all customer queries to the best he can.

Don't deal with this company they take people hard earn money and don't provide service they should do I am waiting for my refund since November 2015
Mr Nasir who is dealing with refund is not answering my call every time I call I am passed to a different agent and half way through conversation they disconnect call
And all them good comments they got here are lies as well

I have booked my flight with AirBridge travel and there were few issues to start with and I was not given the correct information by some of their staff. I read reviews here and spoke to Muhammad Nasir who was very helpful, honest and upfront. He got things sorted within few hours when others were taking days. Will book with again in future. Always ask for Nasir

I've booked my first ticket ever with this company. I looked into some negative reviews about it after doing my payment, was a little worried as the ticket issuing process was taking a bit extra time. But everything went fine as I was expecting before reading the reviews, got my ticket booked and I've confirmed with the airline too. Hopefully everything will stay the same until my flight day.
Inspite of everything found the agent Mr. Nasir extraordinarly helpful guy.

Very helpful and kind staff. My ticket was cancelled at the last minute as the sales consultant did not check the ticket details with the airline.
After chasing number of times, I was sent by another airline 2 days late. The airline upgrade was not charged as the AirBridge made a mess.
I hope they will learn from their mistakes. Thank you.

I booked 9 tickets through airbridge travel Jan and March 16. Received all tickets. Thank you very much Irfan Bhai! I would definitely recommend Irfan Bhai. ...Airbridge Travel is not an online scam you do get your tickets it's just a delay with PIA. I can vouch for that as I have got my tickets and confirmed them with PIA direct. I was a little afraid at first as read the reviews and they were so negative but I can assure you they are a legitimate company and will give you your tickets.thank you again Irfan Bhai for all your help!!!
