Absolutely terrible experience
Ordered a trap bar which was "back ordered" but they encourage you to still place an order. I thought ok, and placed the order as I wasn't in a huge hurry. After waiting patiently for 3 months, I get an email saying actually, we will not be getting that trap bar in stock after all and may never will, you can have this other similar not the same item or you can have a store credit? Wow you're kidding right? I instead asked for a full refund. I was told it will take up to 14 days to get said refund, however they expect it to be MUCH sooner than 14 days so keep an eye on my account!! Coming up to a month and still no refund has been made after many requests. Again faster does not care about its customers, do not fall into the trap of buying from them, they are not reputable or professional.
***UPDATE 11/05/2026: A month and a half has passed and still have not received a $357.00 refund from Again Faster Australia. They literally have my money but they're now claiming they can't locate my order and therefore are unable to refund me. I've had to initiate a dispute against them to try to retrieve my money back. (which they haven't responded to) I've spent so much time emailing back and forth and even provided my bank details for them to simply deposit the money back. Nope. I'd be surprised if this company doesn't go into receivership at some point soon. Nightmare.
