Excellent service from start to finish, Daniel was great, I had an initial conversation on the phone followed by emails, if I had any questions I was able to get a response very quickly, every step was explained and followed up with an inCase app where I could check the progress send messages and upload to when necessary.

We are from Australia and whilst on a cycling holiday in Europe in 2025 my wife was knocked off her bicycle whilst cycling in the UK by a vehicle that failed to stop at an intersection. Resulting in spending 9 days in the Southampton hospital and major spinel surgery. We wished to claim compensation from the driver insurance company for all the pain, disruption now and in the future that this has caused.
Several larger law firms that were recommended to us, due to the prospective low/small amount of money involved were not interested.
After a recommendation from my brother who had had previous successful dealings with Aegis Legal I contacted them and spoke with Daniel Marshall who more than willing to assist us with the compensation claim even though we were now back in Australia, which at times made things a little difficult. After a relative short period of time a satisfactory conclusion was negotiated. Couldn't be happier with their services

I would highly recommend Aegis Legal, my experience while using them over a long period of time was extremely positive I found them to be very helpful and informational. They made every step of the process as easy and as stress free as possible during a stressful time so for that I’m very grateful. I was always kept in the loop with any information or ongoing proceedings and all the staff members I encountered were polite and very knowledgable in their profession a truly professional firm. If you’re thinking about using Aegis Legal go for it as they are a great team and I’m sure you’ll have a positive experience just like myself.

Avoid this firm at all costs. My injury claim was handled with shocking inconsistency and a complete lack of professionalism. Over two years, my case was passed from one solicitor to another with no continuity, no accountability, and no genuine effort to move things forward.

When it finally came to assessing my losses, the firm’s owner dismissed my evidence simply because it was presented in spreadsheet form — a format routinely used in HR and entirely appropriate for documenting absence and financial loss. This decision directly reduced the compensation I received and showed a clear failure to properly review or advocate for my case.

I was left feeling unsupported, ignored, and ultimately short‑changed. I still have all the evidence of my loss, and it is clear to me that the firm did not act in my best interests at any stage.

This was a deeply disappointing and avoidable experience. I would not trust this firm with any legal matter.

I would recommend Aegis legal to anyone they are so good and helped with everything and so professional at what they do and Laura my Solicitor is fantastic and got me a great result I'm over the moon with everything

I began my personal injury claim after family members encouraged me to do so because of some life-changing circumstances. Going into it, I had no idea what to expect financially, service-wise, or in terms of the overall process.

From the very beginning, Ian and the rest of the team were amazing. They were professional, supportive, and genuinely focused on helping me achieve the best possible outcome. I did have the option to use a free service through a work-based union, but after speaking with them it was clear they were nowhere near as competent as Ian and his team. Choosing Aegis Legal was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

What really stood out to me was that it never felt like a “let’s just make money” attitude. I always felt that I was at the centre of everything and that my best interests truly mattered.

Yes, the process is long, but you can’t put a time frame on getting the right outcome. Communication was good throughout, and Ian always got back to me. I’ll admit I sent a couple of impatient emails along the way, but that was due to my lack of experience, as I’d never been involved in a personal injury claim before.

Overall, I’m extremely grateful for the support and professionalism shown and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a personal injury claim.

I have considered this feedback extremely carefully. As I don't want any issues. Needless to say I have had an extremely poor experience with aegis legal. Infact I would say I have quite a good vocabulary and I lack the words to describe just how bad it was. Abysmal comes to mind. I had an accident my car was hit from behind by a double decker bus on 4th July 2018. I cashed the cheque today 26th November 2025. That's over seven years and 4 months since the accident. It has been one of the most stressful and difficult experiences of my life! It has adversely affected my health. If I told you all that happened it would hardly be believable. So I don't intend to say all that happened. But know it was extremely complex and bad. There was a huge amount of paperwork and significant pressure was applied when dealing with it. There were also meetings with medical experts which were a considerable distance from me in 2 cases. I met with 4 experts total. There were problems with each. There were issues also I felt the claim didn't consider fully. I also want to say I didn't lie in this case. My family and I reviewed all the documents possible and meticulously checked everything. At all stages considerable pressure was applied. There were many more issues but I am unable to go into them.

My advise is if you have a car accident or are in any way in need of legal help or advise. I strongly advise you consider the matter carefully and if this law firm is the right one for your needs. I also advise you keep a copy of every page of every document even the blank ones. Especially the origonal sign up document. I also suggest you print off every email and keep a copy. So it's easy to find and label each important one. And never ever discuss anything by phone. Always get it in writing. If there ever is a phone call record it at your end and make sure to tell them you are recording it. I also advise checking the fine print. Especially the fees section and the section about leaving the company if there's a problem. If you have issues with any legal matter I advise you to contact the law society for advise. The law society have been extremely helpful to me in this matter and have provided me with concrete information and support when things were getting tough.

This company has wasted my time. Did not investigate or gathered the right information to be able to succeed. Before selecting this company think about it. Unless you have 100% evidence to support your claim, don't bother. Avoid this company, there are other larger and better companies. Don't make the same mistake I made
